Even though my online appointment did not show up they still got me in and out within 45 min. They are always so kind and helpful.

I was looking for a newer truck for my husband and found a chevy silverado, we test drove it and it handled well no knocks or pings or warning signs at all. Talked with the salesman and was given over to the manager to determine buying, I told him we found a newer one at the princeton dealer and that it had 149 thousand while this one only had 121 thousand and he told us wouldn't do us any good because the bank wouldn't finance the one in princeton. So we purchased the one in mora, needless to say within a week the check engine light came on and we brought it back in. We did this four time and were told that as we bought the extended warranty to just drive it till it blew up and then the warranty would cover a new engine (which it won't) we asked them to drop the oil pan and look at the oil pump but were told that we would have to pay upfront for this to be done. They wouldn't even check and tell the Warranty people what it was doing. Needless to say we got ahold of the princeton chevy dealer and they took it in and called us within two days to say warranty covered the cost and repair of dropping oil pan to find a default oil pump. Would stay away from mora chevy if looking for a vehicle because they will lie directly to your face and not cover any warranty work

I have been to Mora Chevrolet a few times trying to buy a vehicle and to no avail I have yet to buy one and I won't try there anymore.

I called my bank and they said that the payments quoted to me were a joke. My payments would have been in the payment area that I was wanting.

Online listings should be as accurate and honest as possible. Wasted my time to go in and look at a truck that was claimed not to have any problems (it was priced top of the $ scale) and the listed carfax said no accidents online. Truck was rusty, been repainted with over spray(showing clearly a rear end accident), broken taillights, bad tires, etc. The salesman response is that they have to pay above retail, listing online are automated so that’s why the damage wasn’t listed (untrue), and completely rejected anything I had to say. Please tell me how a retailer pays above retail and I will call you a liar. I will never stop by this place again and I recommend the same.

I gave this place 3 stars because the job was done correctly and all but one person seemed decent and kind. I dropped my rating because who I think is the shop manager should not be in customer service he's aggressive and it's absolutely unnecessary. He projected defensiveness on us the minute we walked in every time we came in. He complained the job was going to take x many hours like it's a major problem. Well we certainly don't bring fixed cars to a repair shop! I decided not to continue with the rest of the service and am going somewhere else. I guarantee you you're losing more business than just mine. If he hates working with people go do something else.
Put your service hours on Google not just the sales dept.

Great experience. Small hiccup on GM’s end but the staff at Mora took care of it promptly. Great dealership, great people!

He said he would make sure the vehicle was available when we arrived. He washed the vehicle & gave us the details. We drove the vehicle & loved it. He made the purchase process fun. I just bought a used car from Mora Chevrolet. Jon Hummel was super easy to work with, quick to respond, and went out of his way to help me test drive the vehicle since I live almost two hours away. Todd in finance was also super friendly and helpful with the financing and extended warranty options.

Went in to look at a new to me vehicle and got absolutely disrespected by the salesman Jon Hummel. First he offered me less than 1/2 of what my trade in should have been valued. And then he didn’t even give me the time of day when it came to negotiating. I would have given 0 stars if possible. I will be steering everyone in the market for a vehicle away from this dealership. Went there today and the service manager and his assistant where the worst I have come across....I buy a new Chevy 3500 Duramax 4x4 just about every year or two for the last 25-30 years..I'm not from here, but here to help out a family business. .I took my truck in to show them a problem that got replaced about 6 months ago under warranty from a different dealership that cared about there customers and never a question...these clowns today told me it was from my wear and tear...my problem...I owned Sales Lots and would of Fired any of my employees if they treated my customers like that..I made a couple calls and GOT it taken care of else where...... I was going to even look for a used truck for my daughter ...NOT..........................................................So you just posted back they don't replace....if you did your job right they have already replaced 6 months ago.I haven't owned the truck a year yet..you never even checked my serial number..you and your associate made it sound like it was to much work just to enter my info in your computer and you didn't...keep up the good work..

Service employees are kind, pleasant, honest and knowledable. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. At checkout was told rotation wasn't needed at this time, best tires were on the front.

Absolutely love your service department! They are great at scheduling when needed. They always keep me updated on what is going on. I love the Hometown atmosphere. Keep it up guys are awesome!

Arrived 10 minutes early and took us right in as friendly as could be. Asked if they could do more while there and they obliged us and gladly would do it. Very nice and friendly people and we waited there in room watching TV and time went fast.

Mora Chev saved my husband and I hundreds of dollars! We initially thought our head gasket blue in our vehicle and so we were asked to bring it in for a diagnostic. So glad we did! A vehicle that we have not been able to drive for 3 months is drivable again. We put it to the test and drive to Texas 2 days after getting it back. Works like new! Thank you all so much!

I had the pleasure of working with Todd Honstrom recently. I was looking for a VERY specific vehicle and been searching for months. I called Todd and within a few days he located one, got it to his dealership and then to me. His attention to detail literally blew me away. The few minor issues with the truck were pointed out by him and then he told me his plan to fix them. I was so impressed he pointed them out before I even noticed them. After the sale, Todd again went out of his way to get a few EXTRAS for my truck. He is honest, responds in a timely manner, and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team!

Was told over the phone but when I took it in they didn't do the repair and wanted to charge more than I was quoted by phone. I won't go back to them.I told them exactly which one needed replaced. They new this. I grew up as a mechanic. Due to a back injury I'm not able to replace the part.

Don't buy from Mora chev they are nothing but rude arrogant people who think they know everything.
Went and looked at a truck everything was good to go through the bank for a loan. The guy sat and argued with me refusing to give me a purchase agreement telling me the bank won't approve of the vehicle and it doesn't matter if your already pre approved or not.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE: Our family has bought 3 cars from Mora over the years. The first two were great, but they were Chevy Bolts, which as an EV, have very few things that mechanically could go wrong with them and EVs are typically very safe cars to buy used as a result. The third car however was a gas car. One that was sold with a "new engine and a warranty". As such one would assume there should be no issues with said new engine. Instead we evidently bought the Exxon Valdez which has proceeded to dump oil everywhere it goes as if marking its territory. To say it's a disappointment, environmental hazard, safety and well being hazard is an understatement. No worries right, it's "under warranty", this is where perhaps we are seeing the true Mora Chevrolet. After numerous calls to have it addressed, all we are getting is the run around, rudeness and a general "not our problem anymore" but in a go, vulgar 4 lettered word that starts with f, yourself vibe. They have our money, but they certainly do not have our respect. So if you are willing to give them money for the pleasure of being left high and dry and a heapful of disrespect, be forewarned.

Brian Drews was our sales person he was a great to work with and had us go for a second drive to make sure we liked the vehicle they work with us on the down payment as we would not have it for two days was not a problem did paper work drove the vehicle home and went back and payed the down payment they are truly a small town dealership with great guest service

Bryan Drew’s was my sales person and he was amazing. He did not pressure me into anything was very nice and took the time to explain everything that was happening since it was my first time buying a car. He put gas into the car before I left and even got a new mat for the car because the old one had salt stains. He goes above and beyond if anyone ever asks me where to go to get a car. I will be telling them to go to him. He is even getting me paint for the car since it had a couple of scratches! Best experience I could ask for thank you Bryan!!!

My Wife and I just bought a 2024 Chevy 3500HD from Mora Chevy. The process couldn't have gone smoother. Spent over a month looking at multuple vehicles. Bryan Drews took the time to ensure we found the right vehicle for what we were looking for, Very professional and created a no pressure atmosphere. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Bought a truck from them back in July. Still had a leased vehicle so really didn’t drive it much until that was done. Started using the truck it Broke 2 weeks into driving it. I bought a 2019 with under 50,000 on it.
Had to do all the brakes and rotors 2 weeks in to use. Just shows these guys don’t look at anything before they are sell it. I paid a lot of money for this truck you would think a dealership would do a general mechanical look over on a vehicle before selling.

Bryan took Ver good care of us and Todd did the same. We had to have something checked out so was given a car from lot to use. The problem was fixed.
Bryan delivered our Jeep to us once we bought it.
The issues we had were fixed and was reimbursed by Bryan for the remote I bought.
As well as Bryan helping out to get Jeep detailed.

Nice small town Dealership. Parts staff is amazing and go out of the way to get u what u need. Love my brand new G6 f40 6 speed transmission kirk got me for a upcoming project. Also test drove a 2016 Cruze and fell in love with it. It sold before I could buy, but the experience was great.

Went to buy a blower motor for my truck. The parts guy said it’ll cost $10 to look up the part number. Both me and my cousin looked at each other and I said I need to pay $10 for you to look up a part when I’m going to be buying it here. He said oh if you buy it here then I’ll give you $10 discount. My cousin (Nate) said nice $10 off I said no Nate he’s just not going to charge me $10 to look up a part. Parts guy orders the part. I paid for it. I said Tim is going to be installing this for me at his shop. He said well you need to go to service and make an appointment. I said no I don’t it’s not going to be fixed here. I just told you it’s going to be fixed at his shop. Parts guy said oh ok then I’ll give this part to him on Monday. I said ok thank you. Tim gets the part and they charged me extra money for parts I didn’t need with the blower motor. I go and return the parts and waited for 25 minutes for parts guy to get done with an interview. So here I waste 25 minutes because I guess nobody else could return $28 worth of parts. If I could rate this experience with negative stars I would’ve! Very very bad service (parts guy)

My buying experience was perfect. I was pressed for time and a potentially severe storm was rolling in. The sales staff, especially Mark, was friendly, available and had everything lined up and ready to go! Thanks.

Had an issue with a truck today, Tom & John in service managed to squeeze me in and find the solution in no time.

These dudes know their stuff & can fix your vehicle very well plus tell you what will be needed in the future.
They tell you what is wrong in your vehicle along with assisting you too make a decision between a different vehicle or fixing up the one you got. They tell you like it is and do not pull your leg.

I got new tires put on my 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 LTZ and after 25 miles I got on the freeway and at 65 mph the truck shook a lot. I called the dealership and they weren’t very concerned and tried to schedule me to come back after a week and half. I had an appointment for my wife’s suv this week scheduled. I had to cancel that appointment so Mora Chevrolet could fit my truck in in my wife’s place. I’m not real pleased and won’t be making another appointment for any of my vehicles going forward.

There were 2 problems with our truck when we brought it in for an oil change. I let them know about them when I scheduled the appointment. When my husband got there, he was told it would be 5 hours for the oil change and for them to look at the truck. Then they stated that they couldn’t repeat the two problems. The one problem has been present for over a year since we bought the truck. I told them what I thought it was based off some research I did. They didn’t even check that. They wrote on the slip that they checked something else. Neither of the problems were addressed

Appointment for warranty work was suppose to be at 7:00 and didnt get my vehicle in until 8:30, sat there all day waiting and around 2:00 they offered me a car to drive around... Maybe should have thought of that a long time ago and when my car was done it sat outside for an hour before notified! I get updates on ky phone whenever it is started through my state farm app! Was not impressed I will be going somewhere else next time!

I am a small auto repair shop in Pine City. The dealerships know their products the best , so when I need help Mora Chev has been there for us numerous times. Great job to the service and parts department. Scott Cummings.

Parts and service guys were very helpful, honest, and called to approve of work beyond initial appointment needs. Worked around my schedule to ensure it worked for me.

I really never felt pressured to buy anything. I was given a lot of information and my questions were answered almost immediately. Very friendly staff!
