Moore Roofing - Emporia, KS

I had a contract for them to do a roof repair. Granted a relatively small job ($1300), but I had to call multiple times to finally get a bid. Once I confirmed to go ahead, it took more calls to try to get a response. But they never responded. I'm finally going elsewhere.

Our home was reroofed last fall. We recently experienced extreme cold temperatures for Kansas and a few inches of snow. On Sunday we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling. After checking the attic where we found water coming down a rafter we texted Moore Roofing with pictures and descriptions and asked them to call us on Monday.
On Monday we received a text letting us know they could send someone out we just needed to let them know when. We said we were home and the sooner the better as we had plans for the day. The workers arrived in about 20 minutes and finished up in less than an hour. On their way out they explained what they found and what they did to fix it. Great to have that taken care of for us.

They still haven't come back to finish/replace the facing. They only did that in certain areas. It's been 2 and a half years since two layers of shingles and a shake roof was taken off and a new roof put back on. Water still comes through the ceiling in several places and I've pulled the ceiling down to find the problem. In one area, water is coming down along nails through the roof. In one area the roof doesn't even reach the facia, so the flashing had to be pushed over to cover the hole and reach the roof. I've had to hire another roofing company to fix the leaks.
