Monahan Roofing Contractors

we used Monahan 3 or 4 yrs ago to reroof our home. It was an awful experience to say the least . It too them over a month yes a month to do the job. Then it took the city 3 trips before they would pass the roof. Just this week we called Tom to get some info for our insurance company and his reply that it was too long ago and he couldn't provide us the information. Beware when dealing with this company!

Tom, the owner, is the best. He has decades of experience and is honest! He gives great prices and stands behind his work.
He did my roof 3 years ago. With the recent storms we had a leak. He tracked it down and made sure it could never happen again, all under his warranty. Other companies will disappear and you will never hear from them if you have a problem. With all the crazy weather in Florida,
I’m glad I chose his company.

they install my roof 2 years ago.
last month i found aleak from room into my kids bedroom,, i called then and they tried to make it its not there mistakes ,,at the end the guy said will adding you on the list and we will come and check it in days ,, i called 3 times within 2 weeks and they didnt come.
not it been a month and nobody called ,no body come...DONT WORK WITH THEM
