we used Monahan 3 or 4 yrs ago to reroof our home. It was an awful experience to say the least . It too them over a month yes a month to do the job. Then it took the city 3 trips before they would pass the roof. Just this week we called Tom to get some info for our insurance company and his reply that it was too long ago and he couldn't provide us the information. Beware when dealing with this company!

Tom, the owner, is the best. He has decades of experience and is honest! He gives great prices and stands behind his work.
He did my roof 3 years ago. With the recent storms we had a leak. He tracked it down and made sure it could never happen again, all under his warranty. Other companies will disappear and you will never hear from them if you have a problem. With all the crazy weather in Florida,
I’m glad I chose his company.

they install my roof 2 years ago.
last month i found aleak from room into my kids bedroom,, i called then and they tried to make it its not there mistakes ,,at the end the guy said will adding you on the list and we will come and check it in days ,, i called 3 times within 2 weeks and they didnt come.
not it been a month and nobody called ,no body come...DONT WORK WITH THEM

I have had Monahan Roofing replace 6 roofs for me in the last 6 months, including 2 of mine and several repairs to skylights and roofs. They were neat, organized and cleaned the entire lot when completed. Their prices were more than competitive.

Monahan was the best price for our new roof by far. Though there are negative reviews out there, we had no issues at all with them. The roof looks great, the workers were all polite, and the owner was very nice and thorough. My parents and their neighbor are now using them.

My husband works for this man and was laid off without pay. My baby has no food and no diapers because my husband is the only source of income and when I call Tom Monahan he hangs up in my face. Do not use this company. The guy cuts corners to save pay and treats his employees like trash. He uses stolen material to do his job and over pays the customers.

Tom Monahan and his crew put a new roof on our house recently. This is our second time using Monahan Roofing. They were reasonably priced, showed up as promised, neat and tidy, and completed the job in 2-3 days. Completely satisfied.
