Dan and Jeremy are a great sales team. They have your best interest at heart and no pressure at all. Very prompt with communication. Highly recommend!
At first they seemed really great to deal with, We had a good initial experience getting some work done to our Dodge Ram. So we trusted them with an insurance job, it was much bigger than our first job.
With the insurance job they left us to drive our truck until a rim, that was on back order had arrived at their shop. The truck needed a four wheel alignment but they didn't do the work until the rim arrived (4 months later). This RUINED our brand new tires, that we bought only two months before the accident. They threw out the tires because they said they were a hazard. They were only on the truck for 6 months before they went to the garbage pile.. They claimed it was our lift kit that ruined the tires.
Adrian in the service department acknowledged that the alignment could have done this to the tires, but Dexter in the collision center refused to add the tires to the claim or to acknowledge that it was them not fixing the alignment initially that caused the tires to wear.
We never had an issue in the last three years, with the truck wearing tires because of the lift kit. The lift kit was in the truck when we bought it from a different dealership.
It took them 5 months to finish the job, and we had to chase them to finish the work.
They weren't willing to be accountable for mistakes that were made on their part, and will now cost us more. Wasn't much care for their customer in this situation. Highly recommend you go elsewhere if you want a dealership you can trust. We won't be returning.
Very disappointed.
This dealership is excellent! Easy to deal with, not high pressure, genuinely concerned with what was best for me. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
