The team at Moffitt is great. We recently bought a new Pacifica from them and the entire process could not have been any better. Ed Mackie was excellent to deal with, his communication was prompt and precise which gave us great confidence. He was very patient and found a Pacifica that had everything that we wanted, and then some!

The owner, Ralph Moffitt, was very welcoming and was also involved in the buying process. We could tell that Mr. Moffitt truly cares about his customers' satisfaction.

We are glad we made the 1 hour drive to buy from Moffitt, and it certainly will not be the last vehicle we purchase from them.

Pat and the team at Moffitt Dodge were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in our search for a used vehicle. The care and time they took to sit with me and my wife was greatly appreciated. They understood that this was a large financial investment and were the total opposite of the "pushy salesman" stereotype. We refer them every chance we get!

This is a PRECAUTIONARY WARNING to anyone new to the area looking for a reputable dealership to do business with. I wish I could give these people a NEGATIVE star. Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to come across. They wanted $15,000 PLUS to fix our vehicle that my husband managed to do for $1.49. Yes, one dollar and 49 cents. Read on!!!

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee (diesel) to them because it had difficulty starting. After they ran their "diagnostics" they advised we needed a part for our fuel injection system, which they had to order from Montreal, so we had to leave it at the dealership overnight until the part came in the next day.

The following day, they called to tell us what the bill was and we gave them our VISA number to pay over the phone, since we would be picking up the Jeep after they closed. Several days later, while doing my banking online, I noticed that we had actually been charged $250+ OVER what they had quoted. Unscrupulous business practices doesn't even come close to how I feel about that.

We still had trouble starting the Jeep and arranged to have it go back in for more work. I should have taken the cue from the $250 overcharge on the VISA, but they were the closest and were already familiar with the vehicle and had done their 'diagnostics'. I thought they should be fairly close to figuring out what the problem was.

After another wasted day, they gave me the 'grim' news that the vehicle should be scrapped and we'd be lucky to get $2500 for it (keep in mind, this is AFTER the $1,000 we had just given them to fix it). OR, they could order in 2 parts that totalled almost $10,000 (with labour on top of that), but they would not guarantee that it would even work afterwards. And NO, the parts were not returnable, should the problem still exist.

To say I was distraught is an understatement. This fully decked out and loaded vehicle was not anywhere CLOSE to being in scrap-worthy condition, with relatively low mileage for a diesel at just over 200,000 km. and in near pristine condition.

We managed to get the Jeep started so I could get home and we decided to leave it until my husband had a chance to look at it himself, even though he is not a mechanic. He went online and did a little bit of research. Went outside, opened up the hood, and took the cap off the battery.....almost no water inside. We got a jug of distilled water for $1.49 and our Jeep is now running again.

These crooks (and I am being nice about this) wanted what would have amounted to almost $15,000 (with labour), plus the original amount (including the overcharge on our VISA) to fix a problem (WITH NO GUARANTEES!!) that my husband did for $1.49. The problem was the battery!!! The BATTERY!!!

Wouldn't you think that would be one of the first things they checked? At most, they could have said we needed a new battery, even if they didn't check the water levels and it would have been a bill totalling less than $300. And these people are supposed to be 'experts'.

I'm pretty sure that the part which had been ordered in from Montreal that did not fix the problem was never needed in the first place, so there was $1,000 wasted for no reason.

I wouldn't take a tricycle to this dealership to be fixed. Stay away! It's worth the extra time it would take to either find a local mechanic with a good reputation, or to drive some distance to find another Chrysler dealership.

After a bad experience with a deer, Moffatt Dodge body shop got the van back on the road. A few squeaks but back together.

We are on a long road trip and we needed to have our fuel filter replaced on our ram 2500. We called a place at our nest next destination and they told us it would be a week and a half before they could get us in. We panicked! On the off chance that there was something near us we googled and found this dealership. They got us in with no questions asked! Turned it around quickly and completed the repair and service items promptly... and did it with a smile. Great place!

Super place to buy cars. They go the extra mile in making sure the cars they sell are in immaculate condition. Thanks
