From estimate to completion, this was a 5 star experience. My project seemed simple but wasn't. My propane fireplace had a stone surround around it and the surround needed to be demolished before a new stove could be connected. There were design and cost considerations and everything turned out great.
They actually listen to your ideas and explain everything. Ron and Devion clean up after themselves and are the nicest people you could meet. The job was completed in a timely manner with no surprises costing more than the estimate. Highly recommended for any remodeling ideas you have.

Devion and his team replaced our roof and a window. We are very pleased with the work, clear communication and the cost of project.

I found Devion to be very professional! We had some windows replaced, some sheet rocking done and some flooring replaced. It was all done very well and in a timely manner.My husband and I look forward to having him do any projects we do in the future.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about Modern Home Solutions. Devion and his team were responsive and knowledgable. Using the SmartE loan program seemed challenging until Devion walked us through each step. The specialized teams that worked to complete the replacement windows (entire house) were talented with attention to every detail. We will absolutely trust them with any future projects exclusively.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Devion. He came out and took photos, presented realistic quotes, and over delivered. Not to mention his amazing character as a person. This is the type of person I would feel comfortable with being in my home even without my being there. I can only rant and rave about the work he did as well. My friend had a deck put on their house by a different contractor. They were suppose to fix a leaking issue but it started leaking even more. They had the contractor back to fix it and it got even worse. I had to deal with severe flooding and clean it up for them on multiple occasions. Devion came over and fixed the issue in one shot. Zero issues the next 12 storms we got in this crazy weird rain weather we have been having, this year. Still dry as a bone down there. Also incredibly reasonable price wise. Thank you man.

I will say this company is legit. I wanted some shutters installed and a storm door. The quote was a very reasonable price. Devion was very professional and knowledgeable on the products/services and offered any suggestions that would help us avoid future headaches. A true professional, Devion provided an easy, expert consultation (along with thoughtful check-in and follow-up, during and after our roofing and gutter projects, respectively), to make sure that there were no hiccups or issues. His excellent crew was inobtrusive and meticulous, completing our roof replacement in one day (the hottest of the year), and the gutters subsequently in just a few hours.
