Ace Handyman Services Fairfield and New Haven

Called 5 different handy man services. First 4 either didn’t answer or were rude and uninterested. A1 answered, was helpful and got me on the schedule quickly. Communication was great and the work was professional and well done. Would definitely use again.

We needed some ceiling tiles replaced in our kitchen. Mike came on time. Was extremely professional and friendly.

I needed both pvc strainer connections on my kitchen sink to be replaced. This Company told me it would cost $150 for the service call but the fee would be waived if they completed the work. The plumber showed up today and the estimate was almost $900! Yeah, I think I’ll look this job up on YouTube, buy the parts at Home Depot and do the job myself. That was the quickest way I ever lost $150!

It was a small task to add an electrical outlet next to existing one. They charged $290 to create a service call without giving estimate. Amount be adjusted towards the final bill. Service person visited and gave unreasonable estimate of $487. We had no option but to pay the unreasonable amount.

Their job was very substandard and did work only for short time. And they did not fix it. And asked substantial amount to redo it. Then I called another electrician and he fixed it for comparatively very less money. And it is working fine ow.

My first time using Ace was an excellent experience. Prompt scheduling, good communications, and Santiago still came out even in a snowstorm and went above and beyond with our quite tricky cabinetry problem. Will definitely use again!

Jeff did a great job with tearing down my bathroom ceiling and putting new Sheetrock back up. Even helped with my bathroom floor when he noticed the tiles coming loose. Very friendly and always let us know if he was going to be late or if he had to reschedule. Very good work.
