They did a great job on the roof in May, 2021. We were told they would come back to install the skylight and sun tunnel in 3 weeks. They have never returned. I have called numeros times, but they never will schedule a time. Half the time they don't answer the phone, and voicemail is always full. Very frustrating.

Model A did the roof back in 2013, 7 years later minor leak after a typical heavy wind and heavy downpour. They came within a couple of days and resecured the problem area. Service call was slightly earlier, which was a bonus.
