I’ve been meaning to write this for a while, and with all the wet and weird weather it only seems clearer. I used Gary’s for a troublesome roof leak. I've had good experiences with Gary's Gutter Service. The technicians are good and they respond quickly. They did work on my gutters (repaired headers, new leaders, cleaning), replaced my furnace cap, and cleaned my dryer vent. Very happy with the service and price.

We called them on Monday and they were there Tuesday morning to provide an estimate and do the work. Provided a window and even came a little early. Conner was friendly, courteous and professional. Took time to explain the estimate, and the work as he was clearing the gutters. Great experience even referred a family member right after he left.

A family owned business (Gary, Gary, and Connor) that is responsive with same day service if they are available, and will absolutely do the best job they possibly can! Great, courteous service! They were able to quickly and efficiently make repairs. I've had issues with my roof because the original installation(done by someone else) was faulty. All the flashings were installed poorly. Fifteen years ago Gary's was able to diagnose and fix a problem that has not been an issue since. Recently my ceiling has been leaking and I had other roofers over for estimates. One suggested I needed an entirely new roof. Gary's recognized the flashing was poor and once again was able to make a repair in a prompt, courteous and timely matter. It's nice to know there is a trustworthy company that does solid work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

..so here is my story..A/C repairman noticed some roof damage...Called Gary's and from first phone call, service was WELL beyond expectations.
Reacted quickly fixed initial problem and then we utilized gutter cleaning and power washing services. Three very professional individuals worked an entire day and the results were extraordinary. Thank You

I cannot stress this enough do not use this company they are extremely unprofessional . The work that they do is poor at best. You will spend more money fixing the the repairs they made. This compajy is by far the most incompetent gutter service. Do your due diligence before you work with this company.

Gary's Gutter Service is a remarkable place with incredible people and it could not come more highly recommended, a rare commentary among businesses these days. Following last week's storm, we became aware of an emergency need to have our gutters repaired/replaced. Gary's took care of the job within days. While they were inspecting their own work, they noted that we needed our chimney cleaned before it could be used again. When we were not sure about the work they had done on one particular area of the gutter/downspouts, they came back immediately and double-checked. We really could not have asked for more complete, professional, responsible, responsive treatment; and for the money we spent, they went above and beyond. Thank you to this company.

These people are complete amateurs. They didn't properly fix the gutters the first time, and when I called them to correct their mistake, they had their hand out for more money. Which I foolishly paid, only to discover it STILL isn't done correctly. I should have paid them to stay as far away from my gutters as possible.

Easy...a phone call to come see us, a fair quote and an excellent job. Gary and his team are polite, diligent and treated our house as iff it was there own.

This may be long but it will give you an idea of my experience with Gary's. I called Gary's about the end of August for a quote about installing gutters and they came to my home per our appointment that first week of Sept. I met Gary Jr. who was a very nice young guy and he gave me a quote for the gutters. While he was there i asked for a secondary quote because of a leak in my roof I believed I had. Gary Jr. said that it was probably a seal in those plumbing vent pipe tube and that would cost $575. I called him the next week to change that seal on my roof on Sept 13th, he tells me he made a price mistake and the cost was actually $675. I said fine lets get it done. He told me he'd come the week of Yom Kippor but the date needed to be flexible because they can't fix the seal if it rains. Fair enough. Its been rainy. Week of Sept 17th goes by nothing. Week of Sept 24 goes by. Nothing. I text Gary Jr on Sept 29th asking if he was going to fix my leak per our conversation. He responds via text that he is sorry and he will get back to me on Monday with a time. The week of Oct 1st goes by nothing. I mean I see that people are giving this company good reviews but holy cow man i've had a completely opposite experience with this company. Perhaps they've reached the point in their business, in which one or two customers don't really matter and throwing them away is not a big deal or perhaps my job was too small to prioritize. I just wish if latter was the case they would've just told me and i could have went another way rather than wasting nearly a month waiting.

Way over priced. Quote one price on the phone and upon arrival it's an extra $100.00. Then they discover other things that need repair for another 1,100.00. Will never use them again. The price goes up the nicer your house looks it seems. I'm glad all these other reviews liked their service and price. I guess I'm just special.

I called Saturday morning after the torrential rain - a water bubble had developed on my wall. Gary sent someone within the hour and, after he thoroughly checked out the roof, he saw the flashings around the skylights needed work and two exhaust vents needed to be replaced. They gave me a reasonable estimate, and when I agreed, they sent someone the same day to do all the repairs (because it was supposed to rain again). And it did rain again, and my wall was nice and dry. Great job, great service! They really went above & beyond!

Fabulous service. They do our gutters and roof repair. And whenever we have any issues, they are right on top of it. Price quoted is always honored.

I noticed a lot of ice on my roof near the edge. The down spout was clogged, frozen and split. Gary's guy was here and gone before I even knew what happened. He replaced part of the gutter and down spout like there was never any ice to begin with.

JUST MOVED TO ROCKLAND COUNTY FROM NJ. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE TO DO EVERYTHING FROM MOVING TO PLUMBING TO ROOF REPAIR. I ASKED A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO WAS THE BEST COMPANIES TO USE. FOR EACH ONE I GOT A FEW DIFFERENT CHOICES BUT FOR ROOFING AND GUTTERS (AND CHIMNEY) EVERY PERSON SAID THEY HAVE USED GARY'S GUTTER SERVICE AND EACH ONE OF THE THEM RAVED ABOUT THEIR READABILITY AND SERVICE. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. NOW I SEE WHY GARY'S IS SO BIG IN ROCKLANDS. I DID NOT HAVE AS MUCH LUCK WITH THE PLUMBER SO ILL BE LOOKING FOR THAT BUT AS FAR AS GUTTERS AND ROOF AND CHIMNEY IT GOOD TO KNOW I CAN COUNT ON GARY EACH TIME.

When I had issues with old gutters that didn't work well on my house, Gary figured out a solution that has been perfect ever since. Were responsive and did the gutter cleaning. But the guy knocked my downspout off its collar and left it dangling and banging against the house. It was too high up for me to get to, so I called and asked them to return and fix it. They never returned or even called back.
