M&J Roofing sent their installation team to our facility to look over the condition of our roof. Since our facility does not represent a normal residential home, they ended up spending over an hour with us pointing out each issue with the roof and describing the installation process for a new roof. They were very detailed and thorough throughout the process making sure that we were completely satisfied with our choices, pricing, and that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Our decision process took some time, a lot of time since we had been contemplating this change for over a year. Once we signed the contract with M&J, they worked with us on the scheduling and estimated time the project would take over the next few weeks. They were very detail oriented in letting us know each step of the process and giving us daily updates. As the project went along a few additional recommendations were given that would only enhance the house both from a visual standpoint and home efficiency. They took the time to explain the pros and cons and give their professional input which made us feel they cared for the property and in making us happy with the final results, and not just trying to make another sale. All of their input made for a beautiful finished product that has made us extremely satisfied (not to mention all the compliments we now receive from people who visit the site).
