I’d like to clarify that A&G Contractors initially recommended me for the job, as they were supposed to handle the deck construction. As the architect, I worked closely with the client and the building department for several months to navigate the approval process. However, despite our best efforts, things ultimately did not work out between myself (Architect) and the client. Please see attached photo for referred to comment.

I also want to make it clear that A&G Contractors had no involvement in the drawing process. In fact, they went out of their way to assist me in trying to resolve the situation, which truly reflects their professionalism and dedication. I hold them in high regard and would confidently recommend their services.

I am leaving this review because of the architect that Arber from A&G highQuality constrction recommended to me. In March of last year (2024), I hired the services of this company to build a second story deck in the back of my house. Arber gave me the estimate to which I agreed and we proceeded with the construction. He recommended me the architect he worked with and so we proceeded with the plans. The architect, Alex Predalkaj, never finished the plans after the application was rejected by the Building Department of my city due to multiple errors and inconsistencies. After nine months of many lies and disappointments, I decided to stop the project with Arber and the architect. I decided to sue the architect for breach of work but in that lawsuit I lost part of my downpayment that I had given to that architect and I was left without a deck to enjoy with my family and with my money lost so I am very disappointed with A&G highQuality construction. If you try to do business with this company, I highly recommend you to hire your own architect.

I’ve been using these guys for years and their work is always exceptional. No matter the job (backyard deck, bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel) they get it done efficiently and timely. Honest, punctual, experts, and great communication. You won’t find better contractors than these guys.

He gave me a fair price, always responded quickly to my texts and everything was cleaned up before they left like they were never here, except for the beautiful deck! George and his team were wonderful from start to finish. He came to my house and was able to draw up a reasonable estimate on the spot. Once everything was agreed upon, we set up a date and they showed up on time. Their work was professional and completed in a timely manner. No mess, no disturbing blasting loud music (this happened with other contractors). Communication was excellent. Quality workmanship. George even came back as promised to make a slight change that I requested. I love my new deck and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

I got two quotes for the deck; one was to strip down the entire foundations and rebuild from scratch, and then A&G came and looked at the frame and saw that it was solid and quoted me for replacing just the deck surface, stairs, railings.
This was more in my budget.

Arber was great with communicating with me. He started the project before I had to leave out of state, and completed it within four days once I was back. He worked efficiently and we are very happy with our deck.

I contracted A&G to rebuild and modify my decks (2) using trex materials. From start to finish, they were extremely professional honest upfront about pricing and time table for work to be started and completed. They work extremely hard from start to finish, extremely good carpentry work, respectful to my property and neighbors. They started the day they said they would, finished faster than they estimated and I added a door to the railings. I highly recommend them and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

We are so thrilled with our new deck! Arber and his team have only been gone for a few hours and we've had dinner out on there already.

Project: We had an old wooden deck where some boards were starting to get dog-eared on the edges. They replaced the whole deck, railing, and stairs with Trex.

Professionalism: Arber was very responsive to any questions we had and also gave some design recommendations which we are so glad we followed his advice. Every day they came on time, smiled as they worked and cleaned the work area. They were fun to watch.

Craftsmanship: The little touches here and there (like how they re-installed our hose faucet) show they really care about their work. It sounds like such a small thing to do but one of those details you love to see each time.

Price: We had several estimates and A&G were the most reasonably priced. And using all the same materials as the other estimates too.

Overall, we're so happy we went with A&G and can't recommend them enough. Can't wait to see how many hours we'll spend out there this spring/summer/fall. You won't regret choosing them.

We just had our deck redone by A&G Quality Construction. Arber and George did a great job. They understood what we wanted and gave us fresh ideas. Arber and George showed up on time and worked vigorously throughout each day. The entire job went smoothly without any issues. The property was left clean of debris each night and a complete cleanup on the last day left the property the same as before the job was started. Both are extremely nice and personable. Just redid my deck with Arber. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Even went the extra mile to create a new landing from the steps he built down to my lawn. Whole process was seamless and he got it done super fast!

I hired A&G to replace my old composite deck because of their great reviews, and they are well warranted! Arber quoted me a very reasonable price, much less than another contractor I talked to, and he and George were able to start very quickly. They soon discovered that the support beams under the old deck were crumbling, and were able to quickly tear them out and replace them with no change to the schedule and only a modest increase in price. The finished deck is beautiful, and they left it sparkling and the yard tidy. They were timely, good communicators, really pleasant to work with, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. I highly recommend them!
