Dave came out and did an outstanding job on our home inspection! It was 61 pages and explained all of the systems in our home thoroughly. All of the items that needed repairing were listed and any items that were questionable were listed as well. Highly recommend! Thanks Dave for the great inspection!

My review will be somewhat different in that I am the seller whose home was inspected. Dave could not have been more professional and courteous while going over every nook and cranny of our home. He asked pertinent questions and did not make me fell like he "was out to get me." I have not always had pleasant experiences with home inspectors in the past as a seller, but this was not the case with Dave. Hopefully the best I can say is I would hire Dave in a minute to inspect a home I was going to purchase.

My wife and I from over 2,500 miles away in silicon valley California have had two properties in the State of Mississippi serviced by Dave and this guy is by far, the most thoroughly comprehensive inspector of a home; and among other things offer clients an interactive repair list option for them to modify, annotate and present a list of defects to sellers of properties that are in need of new installations and other repair or replace items. The inspector was very professional and provided a detailed report. He highlighted all the current issues with the home and areas that could develop issues in the future along with photos & diagrams. We receive the report the same day as the inspection and it was extremely affordable. I highly recommend this company and will be recommending the inspector to my family and friends in the future.

Mr Dave was awesome. I needed it done immediately after calling around I was about to give up but He was able to do my inspection within 24 hrs of calling and he had the best price . I instantly said yes and he was there in the rain the next morning . He wasn’t able to get in crawl space due to the rain water standing in crawl space but he did come back 2 days later when water was gone to inspect crawl space that was awesome. He had a very detailed inspection report and he took very good photos and had it to me the same day. I highly recommend Mr Dave to anyone in need of an inspection he is definitely the guy to call .

Dave was very efficient and professional. If I had questions he'd stop and answer them. As he was going through the property he kept me updated on different things. His price was very resonable? He had my inspection report done before the end of the day. I highly recommend his services.

I'm an out of town investor and a business owner. I give David 5 stars because he was reliable, professional and more importantly to me, he did what he said he would do. In today's business world where just about everyone you meet is focused on themselves and not so much doing a good job for the customer, that's a rarity. I will look for David for my next job. And if he isn't available at the time that I need, I'll wait.

Dave came to my house after a F0 tornado. He was very thorough and provided me with a report for my homeowners insurance. He inspected the outside of my home. Went in the attic and inspected the shingles on my roof.
