This is now my go to riding company I have used them at two different properties in the last six months. One a small repair, one a total roof and gutters. Both times things were done quickly and professionally. Communication is thorough and is both emailed and verbal. Both jobs were started and completed quicker than originally stated.
I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone and I'll use them again the next time I have a project in this area.

At the end of May 2020, MVR provided us a quote to replace our roof and gutters. They said they could come out the next week to replace the roof. Based on the other quotes we have received they were middle of the road but still very reasonable. We chose MVR because everyone else told us 3 to 4 weeks to replace our roof. We made the BEST decision. They were true with their timing and were out the next week. Everyone showed up on time and immediately got to work. Everyone clicked in their jobs and were very friendly and professional and organized. The owner stopped by a few times and talked with us and checked the roof. After the roof was done, all debris was cleaned up and the loose nails on the ground were picked up with a large magnet. VERY pleased with the roof. The seamless gutters were installed the next week (delayed due to rain) and again both men were very friendly, efficient and professional. Again the owner stopped by to check the work. I would highly recommend Mississippi Valley Roofing to anyone.

Great Customer Service. Shawn was very helpful and prompt. They were able to manage an inspection within hours of my request.

Honest and quick. Called to have a quote on some shingles being replaced and within a few days they had assessed the work. A day later they did the work and I got nothing but compliments from my neighbors. I had contacted two other companies before Mississippi Valley and didn't even receive quotes back from them until I had already gotten everything done though these guys. I'd highly recommend Mississippi Valley.

Mississippi Valley Roofing installed my roof, gutters and downspouts 17 years ago. They still look great. I called them about the gutters spilling over. They came out inspected and sealed some areas. They found an issue with mud and roof gravel clogging the downspout. They fixed the problem at little to no cost! They didn't pressure me to clean the gutters, they said this should take care of the issue until spring! They will always be my go to roofers!!

On the phone, (A Wednesday) the guy said it would be early next week when they would come and fix our roof, the next day they showed up while we were at work. If I knew they were coming, I would have removed things off of the walls (since 2 things fell and broke) and I would have covered belongings (since debris covered our things).

When they left our house, they left our fence open (that we can't see unless we completely walk around the house) .. our puppy could have escaped and gotten killed/lost. They also left nails and razor blades everywhere.

They called me again a month later and asked for a time they could come fix the roof, and I had to tell them it was already completed. I guess they're not all on the same page?
They were quick getting the job done, which was nice, but they were VERY careless, and the communication was horrible :(

I am a retired builder and had 5 roofers try to end my leak problem. To no avail.
Then I called MVR and after 3 trips Bob stopped my leak.
MVR is the only roofer I will ever call

Hired Curt to repair storm damage on the house and found that his prices are better than most companies and the experience was smooth they dealt with the insurance company for me and re roofed our home after hail damage...left the yard cleaner then before. They did such a great job on the roof that I gave them the siding, soffit, facia, gutters and windows too. Thanks for everything guys.
