Mr Joe done an amazing job with inspection on a home that we wanted to buy that was built in the 1800's.. we loved the home , but after inspection, we decided to walk away from that home, it required to much work ..He was very thorough and gave lots of details and videos... I highly recommend using this company for your home inspection . You want be disappointed..

Do NOT use Premier Inspections, especially their Inspector Corey Seawright. I used them just over 2 years ago for a house I was looking at. I asked Corey specifically about the foundation due to having foundation issues with a previous home. Corey said there was nothing wrong with the foundation. There was almost nothing right about it. I have spent nearly $100k and will need another $100-$150k to properly fix the home. The house was built with 2x8s instead of 2x12s. There were no where near enough piers, improper piers, OSB board used as shims on top of the piers which were crushed down, spans over 16, 18 ft with no piers, beams cantilevered 10-11 ft from last pier. He missed duct work that was crushed in 2 separate places and a broken duct return pipe that was sucking air from under the house. I ended up having to tear out all the duct work under the house in order to start work on the foundation repairs. He said one area was inaccessible but it wasn't. It had another door to go under that part of the house. He used a drone to go over the roof instead of getting up on the roof. Because of this, 3 leaks were missed, 2 over the porch and one by the chimney. (It had a 1 yr old roof at the time). I don't know what happened to him the day of the inspection. He is lucky though. I have spoken to a couple lawyers and the State about suing him and Premier Inspections but it is nearly impossible to win a lawsuit in Mississippi against a home inspector. It is a waste of money. If i could, I would sue Corey and Premier Inspectors for all they are worth. Get some ppl who build or repair homes to inspect their respective areas. A roofer for the roof, a foundation company for the foundation, etc etc.

Joe was so nice and informative when he came! He done a very well and thorough inspection our potential house! 10/10 recommend using Joe or Corey!! They are the best!!
