Mirta Services

We have used Mirta Services for many of our rental property repairs and residential renovations. They have always done excellent work and have been friendly, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Projects for our company have included Flooring, Painting, Roofing, Interior renovation, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Siding, Cleaning, and Landscaping. As of this writing they have completely renovated 4 of our properties and have done repairs on at least 6 of our rentals. We highly recommend Mirta Services and will continue to use them. Mirta Services were recommended by our Realtor when we purchased our home. Being new to area and not knowing many people, we wanted someone we could trust while we were still living in Virginia that also understood our vision of the renovations and could do the work in an efficient manner as we had a hard deadline. Mirta Services exceeded our expectations and did a wonderful job! The work was completed on time. They outlined each task and provided a quote and were super easy to work with. The communication was great and we are very happy with the results. Much of the work was sanding, painting, bathroom tile and refinishing wood floors. We highly recommend working with Mirta and her team.

Unresponsive- I sent two text messages after receiving the quote and never received a response. Overpriced- I received two other quotes for drywall from two different companies, both of which included labor and materials, and both quotes were less than half of what this company quoted me for just labor. As far as cleaning the house, we never went over what needed to be done or did a full house walk through but somehow the quote was double another quote from another company who actually did a full walk through of my house and discussed what I wanted done.
