Corona beer anyone? I mean when a white van pulls up in front of your house and one of the first things that is unloaded is a case of Corona beer with the hired crew...................well, not a good look at all, and believe me it was not wasted. (Even took pics I was so flabbergasted). It's the only transparency with this company evidently. So maybe it is the norm for these crews, or the "site manager"(?) has turned a blind eye and doesn't consider it a liability. As a homeowner I was wondering if someone was going to fall off my roof during the process, though one guy did throw up outside my bedroom window. Maybe this practice gets them through the day. No one spoke English I could not communicate with any of the crew as to what was being done additionally, and since my insurance company would not cover the depreciation value I was left with the remaining expenditures. I was only communicated with only one time to let me know about additional work that needed to be done and cost. I was only informed of all the costs and work when I was presented with the final bill, and there was a lot more that "needed to be done". I understand that there could be additional work, but it does seem communication only relies on what the crew tells the company and the homeowner is left in the dark. Once the old shingles are off and the roof is bare, how much effort would it take to physically show the homeowner what needs to be replaced? It does seem at least there would be someone on site all the time who spoke English and at least show you what needed to be repaired so I wonder if it really needed to be done because once the shingles are on you can't see additional repairs. You don't get an itemized bill either, just their "word", so I guess it is a matter of "trust" A shady, unethical process and never again. Good times, yeah? NOT from THIS company. STAY AWAY!!!

My mother recently got her roof replaced by this company in Greensboro. They are money hungry vultures who prey on people. On the day of the roof replacement, they advised that she needed to replace the boards as well and was told by the representative on site, she would not pay anything out of pocket. To our surprise, they’ve charged her over $3000 because the insurance denied their claim. They did not speak with the insurance company prior to replacing the boards to make sure it was covered. My mom is not stuck with paying almost $800 a month to them and the owner has been very rude and disrespectful towards my mother when she’s voiced her concerns! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, SPECIFICALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. I’ve already reached out to several of my neighbors and church members to never do business with them.
