So l have to say anyone needs a new roof or roof repairs l urge you to call Donald Swink roofing.Not only did he do some repair work for me which buy the way carries an unheard of warranty for repair work plus he hooked me up with other services. I just recently bought a new house and needed some steps and a gate built. He sent his guys right over and they knocked it out of the park. It looks absolutely better than the new steps l already had on the existing side. Top notch honest and reliable work. I can’t stress enough how happy we are with Donald Swink Roofing…. In 2019 I had to replace the flat, rubber roof on my commercial building after another roofer had charged me nearly $20,000 just 3 years earlier. It leaked on and off for almost the entire time and they would never fix it. I called Swink Roofing and when they came out, they took pictures and showed me what a shoddy job had been done and why it was leaking. I did have to pay for another roof but since they completed the job, it has not leaked once. They did above and beyond because they found more damage than they originally thought and replaced several rafters without any extra charges. Yesterday, Jan. 9th, 2024, it got the ultimate test! Three inches of rain in just a few hours. Roads were flooded, yards flooded, and I did not know what I would find in my building. When I walked in today there was absolutely no water damage or signs of leaks anywhere. Don Swink was true to his word and even ate some of the cost of my job to do the work correctly. I would highly recommend him to anyone, commercial or residential to take care of roofing needs. It is refreshing to find a business that is reputable, honest, and stands by their work.

Swink put a new roof on my house many years ago. I asked him to check it and he found some minor repairs needed from water damage. I feel so safe with him watching out for the well being of our home. He is reliable and does quality work at reasonable prices.

Had the displeasure of running into this self proclaimed “millionaire” while I was working. He didn’t like the fact he was asked to use another atm while I was working on the one he wanted to use. He hopped out of his truck and asked me if I knew who he was? And then proceeded to tell me how many millions he put in the bank in a year. This so-called “Christian” was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Likes to belittle people by trying to put them down telling you how many millions he makes. Even threatened me with violence had he been twenty years younger. He can’t deny this encounter and if he does then he isn’t the self proclaimed Christian he says he is. Rude, disrespectful, belittling jerk. You can do better than having to deal with this two faced liar who will, probably, get this taken down like he got it taken down the first time. He knows the truth. That’s why he had it deleted.

We had some high winds that damaged a section in our tin roof. I called up Swink Roofing and got them on the first ring. They said they'll be able to send someone out the following day, where all other roofing companies were trying to put our smaller roof repair job out 2-3 weeks. Homer came out the following day and he even called me before our scheduled meeting and told me he'd be available at a earlier time, which was great. He inspected the roof and gave me a very fair price to repair, but that he will also have to look at scheduling because he wouldnt be able to tell me right then. The same day, a couple hours later, he called me back and said that he could get a crew there and have everything done this afternoon, if that was alright. Of course I told him to come right on. They were great when they got here and didn't leave any kind of a mess and even noticed that a piece of tin had pulled up on one of my buildings behind my house and went ahead and fixed that issue as well. Homer was great, punctual. The crew and Homer did extremely fast work with no mess. These guys were awesome to work with and I will most definitely be working with them again in the future.

We just had our roof replaced with Swink. A friend recommended them after they did a roof repair on her house, and she had a friend that was happy after they replaced her roof.
My wife and myself could not be more happy. Donald was great when we first called, Homer helped us navigate our insurance company and was responsive when they wanted to inspect the roof twice! We had a leak from old boots on our roof, we contacted Swink Roofing as they were the ones that originally did our roof a while ago. They got out very swiftly and resolved our issue with newer boots and resealed everything for a reasonable price. Very reliable company and will use them again in the future if we need them for anything else.

So happy I chose Swink roofing to replace my 20 year old roof. Amazing communication through out the entire process. One week prior to my roof installation we had a week of non stop rain.They called me each day to let me know they were still coming. The day of I received pictures of the process. And not one ounce of trash was left behind. The guys were friendly and professional, and I feel I received a very good price and very high quality of work. I whole heartedly recommend them. I've used Swink Roofing company twice now for two completely different projects. One was for a metal roofing repair and the other to install metal siding over an existing building. They took time to explain the issues and work involved along with materials used and was super easy to get ahold of. No long waiting times for estimates and always on time to complete the job!!! Excellent company to work with and will continue to use them time and time again!!!!! Price is always fair and they never leave a mess after job is completed!

After calling 3 companies, Swink was the one who we trusted the most, and we love the work they did on our roof!
As first time homebuyers, and this being the only roof we've ever had to replace, we didn't know exactly what we were getting into. Homer helped us every step of the way; he brought over sample colors for us to look at, gave advice when we weren't sure what color to choose, and explained what the materials were and how long their life expectancy would be. They were able to quickly put us into their schedule and it was so shocking when we were told the roof would only take one day to be replaced!
After they cleaned up I picked up 1 or 2 loose nails around their trailer so they wouldn't get a flat but other than that they cleaned up the debris really well and hauled it away.
We didn't want to go through insurance, and I wish we were told up front that they don't take credit card. So keep that in mind if you were wanting to put a little bit of the payment on a card.
But other than that I am so thankful I got in touch with Homer and he was able to get this done for us so fast! :)

Swink replaced our skylights and repaired our vent boots. They did a wonderful job with job. Very polite and professional. I will use them for all my roofing needs.

We called Swink Roofing on Friday Feb. 17th and left a message our call was returned promptly that same day by Homer. Homer came out to do a estimate on our roof on Feb. 21st. Homer was very informative on the damages our roof had sustained from a storm. He guided us through the whole process with the insurance company and even came out the next day when the insurance company requested pictures. He also came out and met with the adjuster to ensure the adjuster saw the damage that he had seen. We spoke with the owner of the company (Donald) who was also very knowledgeable and helpful during this whole process. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Our new roof was installed and completed on March 1st by their very hardworking employees who was very nice, kind, and respectful to us and our property. When they left they made sure to clean everything including cleaning our gutters out. Our new roof is beautiful and we truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and hard work we received from Swink Roofing which is something hard to find now days. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

I recently discovered storm damage to my roof and was referred to Swink Roofing by family who had used their services in the past. I called their listed number and spoke to Donald, owner of the company, who set up an appointment to have the roof evaluated. His personnel responded quickly to my residence to evaluate the damage where I was told I needed a roof replacement. Having never used my homeowners insurance policy before, his personnel were extremely helpful in walking me through every step I needed to take. Ultimately, Swink Roofing replaced my roof promptly after approval from my insurance company. This company’s personnel were all extremely professional and went above and beyond in assisting me with this task. I could not recommend this company enough to anyone who is need of roofing repair or replacement.

I had damage to my roof. Called on Swink Roofing, the owner was very professional. He got me in touch with his lead man and we got everything scheduled for them to come out and get everything looked at. They were very professional and polite and explained to me step by step on what was going to have to be done. Called them on a Thursday and told them I was ready to have the job completed and they came out the following Tuesday and did an AMAZING job. Got the job done in a timely manner and even took the time to paint my exhaust pipes to match the color of the roof. They cleaned up so well couldn't even tell they had been there, other than the beautiful work that was completed to my home. I give Swink roofing 10/10.

I bought a home with a 20 year old deteriorated roof. These guys worked fast and were top notch! They gave me a quote that was more reasonable than anyone else's ($1000 less or more). They showed up, put the trash skiff in my driveway and went to work. They had torn my old roof off and installed a new roof in just 1 day. It looks amazing; couldn't be happier!

My experience with this company was exceptional! I called to ask for a quote on taking down a non-functioning chimney that was leaning and repairing the roof after its removal. They gave me a quote within a few minutes. We agreed on a start day and time and they actually started on said day and time! When they finished the project the bill was the exact amount of the estimate! If you’ve ever had work done, you sometimes get sticker shock from the final bill. Their completed work is excellent and I’m so happy I used their company. Additionally, Homer, the foreman was amazing in explaining the estimate, process and keeping me in the loop with the progress. If I ever need any additional roofing work, I will definitely be calling Swink Roofing first!

I had damage to my roof and needed to get it replaced. I called Swink and informed them that I wanted to go with a metal roof instead of the traditional shingle roof. He came out and looked at the roof and gave me a very fair price. I priced other places but Swink came back as the lowest and the owner was very easy to talk to about what we wanted done. He got me on the schedule and ordered the product but it took a little longer than expected to get the roofing materials in. I can't blame that on Swink. That was the fault of the people the metal was ordered from. Once the materials were in he immediately called me to come look at it to make sure it was the right color so he could schedule his team to come out and install the roof. The workmanship was excellent and he comes out to do inspections on the roof to make sure there are no problems with it. I will certainly use him again when I buy my next house.

I used swink roofing after a company out of greensboro nc named blue sky contractors jerked me around for 3months and then cancelled my contract because they couldn't make a big enough profit according to the owner of the business. I called swink roofing after I was referred by a previous customer who said they we're completely satisfied with swink roofing. I was suprised to hear that they could do my roof within budget but also they could start the work next week. swink roofing didn't lie, they showed up when they said they would and replaced my roof with a professionalism I've never seen. It's beautiful. I fully recommend swink roofing. I only hope nobody else gets scammed by blue sky contractors. swink is the way to go! Thank you for the great work!!!!!!!!!

Homer and his crew replaced our vent boots. I had gutter guards installed about a year and a half ago not by Swink but water flooded over in the valley’s no one would help with this problem. Homer assessed this problem and came up with the solution. We have sense had some extremely heavy rain an no problems. When we need a roof we know who we’ll call. Hands down great company.

They came on 10/21/21 and replaced my roof and took the chimney down to the roof and they did a great job. The work was all done in one day everyone new what they had to do and did it. They put tarps down to make sure that they caught as many of the nails and old singles as possibly. Great people to deal with and fast service.

Mr. Swink and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He came highly recommended by family members who also had him install their roofs. He has now done the roofs of my grandfather's house, my parents' house, and my house. I even plan to have his crew back to paint my house when it's time. A tree fell on my house and did serious damage. I had one massive hole and some smaller holes in the roof and massive hole in the side of the house. There was major structural damage to interior rafters, exterior siding, soffit and fascia, the molding in the interior of an attached garage, and of course all the damage to the roof itself. Swink Roofing showed a great deal of skill in all parts of repairing, painting and roofing my house. They replicated details on the house that were missing by looking at other parts of the house. They roofed the entire house (roof size of 4000 feet) in two days. The workmen were very courteous and professional and I appreciated that they left the area cleaned up. I am very pleased with the look of the new roof and how all the repairs went, and I appreciate the warranty. I will also mention the Mr. Swink always answered the phone personally. Very highly recommend.

We called Swink Roofing for replacement/repair of gutters on my father-in-laws house. They were there within a couple of days to start the job and finished on the same day. My problem started with storm damage to a flat roof. Very responsive when I called. The roof was inspected, estimate was given tarp was installed until weather cleared so they could take off the 3 roofs they found and let no more water in. My new roof was finished yesterday, so in 9 days a major repair was done. The guys were very professional, courteous and left after a thorough job of cleaning all trace of the old materials from my yard. I will have no problem recommending this company to my friends. Donald Swink came recommended by someone who had used his services as part of her job in the rental property business. Donald was the only roofer (out of 3) who returned my calls. He was very professional, timely and easy to get in touch with. He answered his phone 9 out of 10 times, and when he didn't, he responded with a call back or a text within the hour. He did everything in the time frame he said he would- from getting me a quote (via phone and email), to delivering the tiles, to starting the work. The rain delayed him a few days, but he stayed in touch and kept open communication with me. His crew were respectful of our home and lawn/landscaping. The whole process took two days (our home is two-story, about 1900 square feet), and his crew arrived promptly at 7am, took only one break around noon, then worked until almost 7:30pm both days. When they cleaned up, they left the area nicer than when they arrived.

The roof looks fantastic. His offers architectural tiles with a lifetime warranty and a 5-year warranty on the workmanship.

Donald has worked with the same crew for 10 years. I've come to realize that that is unique in the roofing industry (well, any industry nowadays), and I think that adds to their efficiency.
