We had a leak with the main bay window, they came and fixed it quickly with the utmost care and amazing service. They were honest and did an outstanding job.

We're very happy with the work Miracle did to our home (insulation under siding, new siding, new gutters). The office was easy to communicate with, the crew was respectful, hardworking, neat, etc., and the result is awesome. We felt comfortable having the guys in our home for bathroom breaks, even when we weren't home. Most importantly, they completed the job on time/budget. Couldn't be happier!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Miracle Home Improvement! It started with our new roof, which was done beautifully, so we decided to move forward with cutting in a new window, installing siding, and replacing all our windows. Mary was absolutely wonderful—her expertise and guidance with the design choices made the process so easy and enjoyable. The installation team was professional and communicative every step of the way, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. Everything turned out beautifully! We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using Miracle Home Improvement again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We had our roof replaced. The job was very professional, done with care and attention to detail, very efficient. Material of high quality. Worksite kept clean, house always protected. Company is master elite, thus offers excellent warranty.

I do not recommend using them. We used them to replace a side door to our home and within 6 months the door needs to be replaced because they did not install it properly and they left a gap at the bottom of the door. They do bad work and sell cheap products.

Very happy with the roof they put on my building. Everything went as promised and their workmanship was excellent. I also used them years ago for siding. They have my endorsement

Easy, quick, detail-oriented--our roof and exterior paintinig experience this time, as it was 15 years ago, was terrific. Don't expect any miracles if you go somewhere else.

We just had our roof replaced with Miracle, and we could not be more pleased. They completed the job within two days, as promised, and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We also found the price to be very fair. We will gladly be recommending them to friends in the area!

We hired Miracle for new siding, windows and gutters. Couldn’t be happier. The crew was great. No evidence they were even here after their clean up. The work looks great. No pressure sales from Mary made them a delight to work with. Will use them again if we have more to do.

From initial estimate to job completion, working with Miracle Home Improvements was great. The quote for a roof repair was reasonably priced and I received it a day after Robert came to my home. The repair was done a month later and within the timeline I was told. The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient, plus they cleaned up my property so there wasn’t any mess. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer!

We had all our windows and shutters replaced by Miracle Home Improvements, and they did a fantastic job while also giving us the best quote for the job. Having people work in every single room of the house can feel a bit overwhelming, but we could not have asked for more respectful and receptive crew. Patricio was simply exceptional. Each day, they would let us know/choose which rooms they would work on, cover the floors and stairs, move furniture away if needed, remove all blinds, and then put it all back before they left for the day.

One of our windows was delivered cracked (manufacture’s fault) and Mary promptly followed up, reordered, and replaced the cracked window sash.

I would highly recommend Miracle Home Improvements as a small local company that listens to its customers and is pleasure to work with.

Called Miracle after we heard water dripping in our attic and then discovered it was rain water leaking in through our chimney. Robert came out two days later to assess the issue, he sent me the quote a couple hours later, and then had two gentlemen come out the very next day to make the repair. Perfect timing too, because that night we had heavy thunderstorms roll through and the next morning when I checked the attic for water leaks, it was bone dry. Five stars…will definitely call them again in the future if needed.

Update 5/1/24: Decided it was time to redo my entire roof as it was approaching 30 years old and in need of replacement. Called for a quote and Robert came out to look over the roof. I received the quote a few hours later, and Robert and his crew started the work a few weeks later. The crew did a fantastic job over the course of three days and everything came out great. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you!

From the estimate process thru the final day of the window installation, Miracle Home delivered everything they said they would. Mary was courteous, thorough and very professional. The work crew was meticulous, Patricio was polite and very product knowledgeable. The work was intensive, yet the crew left absolutely no trace of their presence every night they went home. My roof was done 10 years ago, by this wonderful company. Just recently, I had a home inspection and a slight leak was found near the furnace exhaust pipe coming out of the roof. I called and spoke to the owner Robert Sniffen. Within a couple of hours, he sent two gentleman out to my home to assess the problem. They determined the pipe needed to be sealed with some black waterproof caulking and that it had nothing to do with their quality roofing workmanship. To my surprise, they repaired the problem and in addition, sealed another potential problem area around the chimney pipe. This company is a class act! They repaired items that they were not responsible for, but did it anyway! And, to boot, didn't charge me anything! In this day and age, it is a true "Miracle". I would recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality workmanship at a very reasonable and affordable price. They stand by their work, 100% and want their customers happy. We were doing a big renovation /addition at our home in Croton. Mary would stop by to check on the progress , ask questions and handle any concerns we had. The project came out beautiful ! It’s not just my opinion but when I’m out with the fog or doing yard work random people tell me so . It happens all the time. The quality of work the materials and the workers themselves are all above average and above expectation. I’m not hard to please I only need perfection. A friend of mine recommended Miracle Home Improvement as they had some exterior work done on their house and they were pleased with the final result. I had them come for a window replacement project and to remove a leaking skylight. The whole project took three days to complete and the quality of work was excellent.
