I was very pleased with the work performed by Franzoso. It was a complex job that included attic insulation, roof and gutter replacement. They did a great job communicating with us and keeping to the schedule. The quality of their work was excellent as well

Franzoso did an amazing job on our window and siding replacement. Professional attitude, flexible scheduling and outstanding craftsmanship. We highly recommend them!

Two recent projects at our home:
1. Garage roof: Strip existing shingles; repairs to roof deck and rafters; new trim at eaves and gables; new brand name shingles and appurtenances; new gutters and leaders. Well planned out. All material on site at start of construction. Material good quality. Workmanship excellent. Competitively priced. Very satisfied. Will use Franzoso on our next project.
2. New vinyl windows and patio door: Removed 75+/- year old single glazed wood windows and replaced with new double glazed vinyl windows. Good product reasonably priced. Workers were very professional and friendly. Staff very careful to close all doors as well as gates in the yard to make sure our dog didn't escape. 3-1/2 days to remove and install 13 double hung windows, 1 large picture window, and one 36" patio door with 12" sidelite. Protected interior spaces and cleaned up well. Very pleased with the quality of the products and the workmanship. Will use Franzoso on upcoming projects.

We had a new roof and skylights installed at my home. It was a wonderful, peaceful, timely,professionally and financially a 5 star experience from the time of receiving the first estimate to the final contract & signing to the final payment.... Highly recommend to anyone. When I see the commercials, I feel I know the company personally.

Every single step of our siding replacement job was perfect. We cannot say enough GREAT things as to how Manny, Luis and Darwin (and his crew) delivered EXCELLENT customer service and craftsmanship. The men who came to the house, Willington and Michael, were very good. They walked around to see what was needed and commented as follows: part of the job was unnecessary unless they took the siding down, they suggested to use additional nails, and they did. The trim was easy and this was completed within 30 minutes. They were very good in explaining the job, they were clean, above all, they saved me money. first impressions were great as Glenn explained what they could do for my issue and what my options were. He then stayed on me and with me through the ordering process, answering all of my questions and concerns. It did take slightly longer than expected for my windows to arrive, but when they did the installer Steve and his partner did an outstanding job. It was a big job and they worked non-stop to get it done. They never left a mess and were meticulous about not leaving until it was perfect and clean. The end bill was right in line with the estimate and it was a fair price for the quality and amount of work completed. Franzoso is lucky to have employees of this quality.

We recently completed a new roof installation with Franzoso and we couldn't be happier. From the start with Mike in Sales, through the project management team with Peter and Jacob and the office staff, the communication was excellent. The crew under Giovanni were no-nonsense hard workers with excellent attention to detail. They showed up on time every morning and thoroughly cleaned up every night. Using only the best GAF materials and with the requisite training and certifications, we understand that the cost may be higher than others without those qualifications, but we think the resulting quality and warranty is worth it. The people from Franzoso Construction showed up on time, were very organized, communicated the entire time, completed the work and cleaned up before they departured.

We had an excellent experience with Franzoso from beginning to end. We live in an old stone cottage home and replaced an antique side entrance door with a new one. They recommend a door that was high quality and modern but matched the old charm of our house. For the record, it wasn’t cheap! But it was worth every penny. The installation process was superb. We could not be more thrilled! Highly recommend using Franzoso!

We had a glass sliding door shatter last year, and the replacement glass was on backorder for several months. While this delay didn’t make sense to other contractors I consulted, I gave Franzoso the benefit of the doubt.
When the glass finally arrived and they came to install it, they realized they needed the entire panel, not just the glass. Again, I was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Fast forward a few more months. The new part came in, and they contacted me to schedule installation. On the scheduled day, it snowed, and the work had to be postponed. Understandable, weather happens.
That was two months ago.
Since then, I haven’t received a single phone call or email, despite following up multiple times asking for an update. Meanwhile, I’ve seen their trucks around the area, so I assume conditions are now suitable to complete this type of work.
To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. It’s now been over a year since this process began. Parts have been ordered twice, installations rescheduled twice, and communication has now completely broken down.
Their work is almost universally acknowledged as being on the pricier side, but with that comes the expectation of top-tier support and service. This had sadly not been the case.

Trustworthy contractors with more than fair prices, and the highest levels of professionalism and quality. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and these guys top my list.

After seeing the good work that Franzoso did on the front door, we decided that we should have the cellar door replaced. From initial discussions with Mike Babit to the excellent work done by Ramiro and his crew, we were very satisfied with Franzoso and recommend them to anyone considering doing home improvement work.

There have been a few issues with wind that blew several shingles off the roof! I've been assured the warranty will cover these problems will be evaluated this spring to ease my worries. Thanks

All work was professional, and for the amount of work reasonably priced. My brother in law and drinking buddies just re-shingled the roof without straightening it out 30 years ago. It is now in great shape!! Eventually I have other work to be done and I will be contacting Franzoso to do the work.

Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail in reconstructing our back porch. Totally pleased with time to complete and with finished project. The company’s sales operations were not so well-coordinated and created an unnecessary delay in getting started, but that doesn’t take away from the finished result. Have used this company twice now and am happy to say I will use them again in the future for any work needed to be done on my house. They are well organized and efficient as well as friendly and answered any questions we had. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards. The windows and doors look great and blended in with the exterior of the house perfectly. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof, window or door work.

We recently had windows and siding done at our house in White Plains. We received bids from several companies. All were pretty close. We chose Franzoso because they detailed every aspect of the job, start to finish. We were not disappointed. The supervisor and the workers did a great job.

We hired Franzoso Contracting many years ago to install a new roof on the main house and detached garage. We then had them install two storm doors and replace some of the facia board on the house. This Summer we had gutters with leaf guards installed. The process from the beginning was seamless. Mike came and gave us an estimate for the job and the work began promptly, the workers were professional, communicated the process, and cleaned up every day when they were done. I only have good things to say about all the staff. I highly recommend them and will hire them in the future.

We had Franzoso replaced our roof, gutter, siding and solar installation about 6 or 8 years ago. Great experience especially with Mark Franzoso. Fast forward to present, we called up Mark because we need to have a downspout/leader close off and gutter re tilted. Mind you, this guy was in upstate at the moment and drove 3.5hours over to our place!!! Who would do this? To make it even better, he also brought over a freshly baked pie! Oh my goodness is my only response. He left and promised to get this done.
Our driveway guy called and told me yesterday that they are coming next week to have the driveway replace(!!). Don’t you just hate last minute notice?!!!. I texted Mark at around 7am ish today about the possibility of sending crews over sooner and he responded in less than 10mins promised to have the project manager move some crews around their hectic schedules. The crews just left about an hour ago. Surprisingly it was the same crews that did our gutters years back! Great workmanship and professionalism. Everything came out amazing as always with Franzoso. I seldom leave reviews but this company deserve recognition. I have dealt with many contractors during all these years and franzoso is still my go to contractor. Thank you!!!
