The explained all the steps of the process... they were very communicative... when they notice an issue that could jeopardize the new roof and proactively fixed it... they replaced the board that goes under the shingle.. and the final job is very nice... check the pictures.

Minority Construction & Restoration LLC recently completed a project for me and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

I had originally contacted a handyman service to replace the shower head in my master bathroom. While they were there to give me an estimate, I pointed out the issue with the tiles in the shower. They felt that the tile issue was more involved, and they recommended Minority Construction & Restoration LLC. I reached out to them and Anton responded right away. He listened to my description of the issue and scheduled for the field manager and a contractor to come out for an estimate. They explained the issues involved and gave me a plan. Anton provided me with a contract that was within my budget and very reasonable.

The original contractor was finishing another project and since timing was important to me, Anton gave the project to another contractor. Anton scheduled for that contractor, Horacio to come out to survey the project and the CEO Johnathan came with him. They wanted to make sure that they knew exactly what I wanted.

The project could have started that week, but due to my scheduling, it was started the following week. I was told it would take 3 days. Horacio and his team worked assiduously for those three days. They were respectful of us and our home and at the end of each day, the area that they were working on was left neat and tidy. There were no surprises, and everything was done as I had wanted it to be. Anton was in contact the entire time and called after the job was complete to make sure that I was happy.

We hired Minority Construction & Restoration to remodel our kitchen and install new flooring throughout. From the very initial appointment with them we knew we are in good hands. They explained the process and the timelines thoroughly. They replaced all cabinets, countertops and backsplash. Updated the sink and fixtures. Replaced the old worn out flooring not only in the kitchen but the whole 1st floor. Very happy with their work. The best part was that it was very affordable and on schedule.
