It's unacceptable to take my down payment and then neglect your responsibilities without even returning my calls. I've been diligently trying to reach you every day, but to no avail. I can't fathom what I've done to deserve this treatment. I even went to your business address only to find it's a UPS mailbox. I left a note requesting you to call me back and replied to your text messages, but I've heard nothing. I hope you can promptly reach out to me to either fulfill the agreed-upon service or return my deposit.
Additionally, there have been several instances where you were scheduled to meet with my other contractors to coordinate our project, but you failed to show up without any notification—a no-call, no-show. Even when you assured me that you had ordered materials, scheduled dumpsters, and arranged for assistance, you repeated this behavior. And now, after all these issues, you texted me once to inform me that the cost exceeds your initial quote. This lack of communication and reliability is deeply concerning and has greatly disrupted our project timeline.
I'm running out of options, so I've resorted to trying to reach you through your Facebook account. My business is opening in a few weeks, and I urgently need you to address these matters. Please respond as soon as possible so we can resolve these issues before it's too late.

Very pleased with their work. The owner James was on the job working alongside his crew. Thought that shows a caring company. Most storm chasing roofers has the owner in their ivory tower office. Not here!
