They did an ABSOLUTE FABULOUS job with our roof. Jose always made sure to communicate from start to finish, his team was amazing and efficient! Im extremely satisfied with our roof! Can't wait for the gutters to get put on but I know those will be 100% as well!

The process from start to finish went as smooth as possible. From planning to payment, Jose was as transparent as he could be. Quality of completed job was also outstanding. Roof and gutters were completed in a day and a half. Will be sure to recommend when someone says they considering getting a new roof.

Jose and his team did an outstanding job and worked all day really hard to get this roof all completed. We got many quotes from other people but most were pushy and trying to sell us things we did not need but not Jose. He asked what we wanted and gave us a great price and they were able to put us on the books and get it all done within 2 weeks. A++ Great job! Asking for him to do more work on the house.

Jose and team just completed an entire new roof and decking for a 2,000+ sq ft complex roof. Jose is honest and very responsive. His crew is well skilled and really hustled to get my roof done prior to an unexpected rain storm.

We needed a new roof, Pronto. After doing my research, and reading a ton of reviews, we chose Miltown Exteriors.Turns out calling and hiring a company that is local to our area was the perfect choice.From the 1st phone call to José coming over almost immediately, the process went smoothly.
José and his team were knowledgeable, courteous and had an unbeatable work ethic.
I dont believe they even took a break on install day.They tented the house to protect it during a complete tear off.
They started work at 7am and by 2:30 they were finished, and everything was cleaned up. They used magnets to walk around and make sure there were no nails left behind.
José also provided us drone footage of before and after of our roof ..Nice bonus.

Very pleased with the roof Mr. Martinez replaced very fair price, workers were very precise, cleaned up everything. Mr. Martinez was on the job the whole time supervising and working. Before I hired Miltown I had 4 others give estimates and tell me what needed fixing. I knew a leak had started and he was the only one who found it. He took more photos than and explained in detail what needed to be done. His price was very reasonable , he was on time, my roof on my home and garage were completed in 1 day. I recommend him highly.

Jose and his team did an excellent job at replacing our roof! Allstate initially flew a drone over our house and diagnosed it with "granular decay". I searched on Nextdoor and found glowing reviews for Miltown Exterior. The prices were fair and the job performed was excellent as they did find and replace some rotten areas of the roof. Afterwards, they cleaned the perimeter and the roof looks great! I couldn't ask for more!

Jose, and his crew, did a fantastic job on our roof! I highly recommend working with him. It was late in the year and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure our roof was completed, even with a few last minute additions to the scope of work, (like the dormer and skylights!) He did an excellent job of explaining everything and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything how we wanted it.

We hired Miltown to replace our roof and gutter guards. Jose was exceptional to work with. Extremely detailed, he explained exactly what needed to be done. The crew took great care in protecting around the house, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I strongly recommend Miltown for all your roofing needs.

The new shingles look great, we couldn’t be more happy with the job and the competitive price. Great crew … highly recommended.

Miltown Exteriors did an excellent job on roof, replaced some rotten wood we were not even aware of ! The owner of company Jose is very friendly , thorough fella he said the job would be completed in one day, was finished as expected ! He has a very hard working crew of 4 very friendly young men. They cleaned up mess plus some . Would definately recommend them to any one looking to have there roof replaced.

Jose is a joy to work with. He knows what he is doing and exactly what is needed. He is very skilled in many specialties besides roofing. My roof was abused previously first by a painter, who for whatever reason, dragged tree logs back and forth across my roof while painting my house, secondly by a builder who came to remove some snow and proceeded to get up on the roof with a coworker and two heavy shovels, and shoveled the entire roof! The roof was only 11 years old but was badly damaged and leaking. Jose immediately covered the areas where water was getting in to prevent further damage. He came 3-4 days later and did the entire job!

We developed a rough leak, Went on the website your county Road B neighbors and requested a quote from the top three rated roofers. mill town was the 1st caller. The owner, Jose was very polite and knowledgable and stated he could start in 3 days. I picked him because while viewing our roof he stated he could place a temporary patch right away. That night it rained and I called him to let him know that the temporary fix didn’t work and even though it was 9pm he asked if he could come over and crawl around in my attic to determine the leaks entry location. Sold .

Would definitely recommend Miltown roofing! They replaced our facia, soffits & gutters and also repaired our chimney flashing. I quoted three other companies & his was the most competitive price, but not at the expense of good quality work & excellent service. I appreciated Jose’s responsiveness as well as his crew. Clean, hard working & complete work.

Had a great experience and would highly recommend. They took extra care to protect the siding of the house. They replaced my full asphalt shingle roof and two porch flat rubber roofs. One was leaking and is no longer! Also repaired some missing siding boards, window apron, removed rain barrels, and added micro mesh gutter guards. I quoted the project out to 6 different companies and they were the most competitive price! Jose was communicated very frequently and clearly with me, it was a pleasure working with him.

Jose sent his lead man today to repair a couple of roof leaks on my shingle roof.
His man showed on time, and promptly went up on the roof.
I told him about where the leak was, and he found it almost right away. There was a dollar coin sized hole in one of the shingles.
He repaired that by replacing 3 shingles, then also looked around the roof at the chimney flashing and exhaust hood and found some un-caulked screws. He fixed those up as well.
He also found another damaged shingle just below the roof vent-pipe, and replace that shingle as well.
All in all, I am totally happy with his work!

Jose @ Miltown was absolutely perfect to work with. I had a small roof repair so I wasn't sure if a contractor would want such a small job. From first contact to completion was less than 24 hours! He arrived 5 mins early, went straight to work, documented to process, and cleaned the job site when he left. Absolutely perfect service!

Can't say enough good things about these guys! Had the 30+ year old roof and gutters replaced June 2021. The crew was quick and courteous - my neighbors were stunned by the great work and their speed. Confirmed the roof was still dry, just very old, and discussed the gutter downspout lengths/placements with me. There was a small delay for the gutters, but the crew 100% cleaned up the debris for the few short days wait between completing the roof and installing the gutters.
