Mike Davis is by far the best contractor I've had in the past 12 years. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable, those quality are not often found. He doesn't drink at all, no drugs, shows up on time. He is very thorough and knowledgeble. Plus he is a good family man and works his hardest to support his wife and the kids.
I own a property management company and I always hire contractors to do repairs, updates, to get units rent-ready. I am glad I came across Mike's Hardcore Contracting a year ago. He has done everything for me from roof, siding, soffit and facia replacement to furnace and water heater installation to replacing door, windows, painting and everything else that needed done. He has his own tools and equipment, he can hire and superwise a crew for bigger jobs, he is very efficient with his time.
I also use him to do work on my own house (roof, siding, water heater, furnace) and my own rental properties. That fact alone speaks for itself.
