I just had Charles from Mike’s Handyman come and fix a broken closet clothes rod. Charles did an excellent job putting the broken pieces together. He went the extra mile to go to Home Depot to buy a
Strong wooden dowel. He literally made the closet better than it was before. Charles was a consummate professional. I highly recommend Charles and Mike’s Handyman if you need a smalll project done.

We hired Mike's Handyman Services to replace two toilets. Charlie arrived right on time and communicated the price very clearly. The installation was performed quickly and smoothly, and he also repaired a bit of mis-installed pieces from before. He also squeezed in a quick repair of our shed door.

We hired Mike’s Handyman Service to fix a grout repair job another company had bungled up. The repair person arrived right on schedule and she did an amazing job fixing it up, super great at explaining things and left the job very clean. I’d reach out to their service for other jobs when I have them.

We were looking for someone to install a frameless sliding shower door in our newly renovated bathroom. We had done most of the work ourselves but preferred having a professional do the door. Charles had exactly the expertise we needed! He ended up spending nearly 8 hours on the job, which turned out to be difficult due to the extra hard tile we installed. He was kind and professional the entire time, and the shower door turned out amazing. Closes beautifully and looks great. Plus the price was fair! So glad we asked for help from Charles!

Mike replaced our old smoke detectors and installed a hanging chair for us. He was very professional and explained everything. He does quality work and I would highly recommend using his services!

I wanted to reconnect kitchen sink drainage as I was installing a new sink and a garbage disposal. I was not asking to install sink or the disposal, just reconnect the drainage pipes. I received a text from someone named Charles and he asked for pictures of the underside of the sink. I sent him pictures, described what I needed and he quoted me a price. I replied with a slightly less ($20 less) counteroffer but he refused and stuck to the original offer, which was ok with me. Since he was firm with his price, I asked him if he was bonded and insured in case he caused any damage. He said that he was bonded and insured but not licensed plumber. Then he tells me that the job is too complicated and rejected my work. Before I started asking him questions, he was ok to do the job but when I asked few questions, he didn’t want to do the job.

Great service, quick response, professionalism and above all, understanding your situation and being accomodating if at all possible. I was doubtful of finding anyone for an urgent matter. Mike's was booked out for a week, but (1) they were quick to respond, so I could consider other options, and (2) they ended up accomodating me for a same day service. The work was done with professionalism. Charles was the gentlemen who came out and was a joy to be around. Overall, I would highly recommend them (esp Charles) to friends, family and clients, and would certainly be using them again whenever a need arises. They will be my go-to people from now on.

Charles was a great communicator and helped me with a couple of plumbing issues. I'm very happy with the work done and the fair pricing.

Arrived mostly on time. Communication about timing was perfect.
Once at our place took 5 hrs two assemble 95% of 2 pieces of outdoor furniture. At 75$ + tax this was very expensive. Not worth the cost. From my past experiences The task should have been accomplished in half the time.

As a single female, I needed several things done around the house that were too much for me alone. The work was very professional, and cost was reasonable. I recommend them because I feel that they are a company of high moral standards and integrity...extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I already have another job I will be scheduling them for.

Charles cleaned and replaced our shower & sink caulking. He did a great job; scheduling our appointment was easy and efficient via their website and text, we got a reminder prior to the appointment, and last but more importantly, he fixed our problem smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Mike's Handyman Services are gonna be our go-to place in the future for small in-home repairs and fixes for sure!

We worked with Charles at Mikes Handyman Services who came by our house within a few hours of our initial request to give us a full estimate of the cost to re-install a fence post and fence panels. The price was reasonable, and they were much more responsive than others we contacted. The fence panels were large and heavy, and the tolerance was super close because the gate had to close into a latch with maybe 1/2" clearance to the wall. Charles reinstalled the fence post and there's no way it's going anywhere. The gate closes perfectly and is as level with the ground as it can be. There's little to no gap at the bottom so the dog won't be getting out this way!

I used them for a tv mounting and Charles did an exceptional job. He was on time, answered all the questions patiently and did a great job mounting. Highly recommend them.

I had a really great experience with Charles who helped me mounting my TV. I had lot of questions and Charles answered most of them on messages after I shared few pictures of TV and wall. I really appreciate that Charles squeezed in this work in his busy schedule and did a great job.

Cancelled a toilet replacement with less than 24 hours notice. I scheduled this 3 weeks in advance after sending all the specs for the installation and countless calls and text.

When i called them the day to check if they needed anything else Charles told me he didnt feel he could do the job. First telling me he had a bad back them telling me the job was too complicated and he didn't have a plumbers license. I then spoke to scott and he didnt apologize either. Gave me some bullcrap that if i did the job my insurance wouldn't cover any water damage.

Pathetic and very unprofessional.

I did the job myself and saved $500. Stay away from these clowns.

Called Mike’s Handyman Services & spoke with Charles about an ongoing toilet water-level issue. I texted Charles photos of the toilet tank & he was able to diagnose the problem & explain how to fix it myself, saving me $$ and a house call. I appreciated his skill and honesty!!

Mediocre experience. The quality of the work they did do (replacing an attic ladder) was top-quality. However, they left the project unfinished and although we had a flurry of texts, they never returned to finish the job. They also agreed to take on another project at the time they were at my house. After months of calls, finally heard back that they can't take care of it. Frustrating.
