The crew that showed up to replace my roof did the tear off and replacement in two days! After they were done they cleaned everything up and left my house better than they found it! Casey at Lifetime Roofing was responsive and did everything he said he would. The work was completed as expeditiously as possible, given weather conditions, and all appears satisfactory.

Casey helped arrange a very smooth install, including coordinating the permit that was required in my city and did everything he could to have the inspections done in a timely manner to keep the job on track.

Due to the time of year the new shingles were installed, many on the north facing slopes of the house struggled to fully adhere together. Casey has been helpful to look back over them with me multiple times. Fingers crossed they'll settle down better come Spring/Summer.

There were a few shingles with nails poking up through due to sloppy installation, but Casey has been helping to coordinate their replacement.

Roof is looking much better since having the home's original shingles replaced!

I had Casey from lifetime roofing come fix an issue with our roof. He was so nice and helpful, explained everything so clearly. He took pictures and went over everything thoroughly. He was very timely in coming out, went on the roof, climbed into the attic and looked for wet spots. He had his crew here in short order and did a great job and took care of all the issues on the roof. We're very pleased. We give him a 5-star and highly recommend.

Casey with Lifetime Roofing is professional, friendly, and did the most thorough job on a leaky spot we had on our roof. He went above and beyond and sealed up any other spots that may potentially have issues in the future as well, which was so helpful and not something most people would do. He climbed into our attic to check the situation there and make sure they got everything thoroughly sealed up. He was prompt, came quickly and on time, did a great job of explaining the issues and what he did to fix them. I recommend him fully and with no reservation whatsoever. Worked with Casey on some commercial projects. Casey has great communication which can be rare in the trades. Always answered his phone was ahead of schedule for the job and got it down when he said he would. Definitely recommend.

I have had to update this review as something new has come to light.

I had originally rated my experience a 5 start review, but a recent wind storm caused a repair/cover-up to come to light that has caused me to have to call my HVAC company to replace a broken flue pipe. It appears that the concentric pipes used by the furnace was broken on the inside during the course of the roof replacement. The workers cut the pipe open, "fixed" the inner pipe", then taped and painted over the repair to hide it if you didn't look too closely. My main issue with this is the attempted cover up. they admitted to the cap was broken, but not to the inner damage that caused the furnace to flame out and fail to heat my home during this winter; until the HVAC guy came out and put a temporary fix in place while they worked on the flue pipes.

I will update my review depending on how this issue is handled and resolved.

Original: Casey came out and inspected the roof within a day of us asking for a quote. Work started about a week later. Took 2 days for tear off and install. Only downside was the noise during construction, but that's going to happen with anyone. There was a funny moment of one of the workers coming face to face with our German Shepherd when we warned them the dog for in the back is open.

Cleanup was surprisingly thorough. After a few walks around have not even found enough to fill a ziploc bag. After the job walked the roof with Casey again, talked the work answered questions, let me know next steps if there is ever a problem and also regular maintenance we should be doing on vent covers.

Overall a surprisingly good experience for how much labor was done.

We had Casey with Lifetime Roofing come out and take a look at the leak on our commercial flat roof. With multiple roof products being needed. He was more than knowledgeable and answered all the questions we needed. He also went above and beyond on explaining the product and warranty they gave us. We had Casey Greenwell from Lifetime Roofing come out and give us an estimate of our roof and a general life expectancy. He was very professional and personable. He explained what he would do step by step. Later he sent a detailed quote and his opinion on how much life our roof had left in it. This is my experience with Lifetime Roofing, they installed the new roof on my house 10 years ago. I called them because I had some missing shingles and they had to be replaced on short notice. I spoke to Casey Greenwell the project manager, he came to check out what needed to be done and let me know he was personally going to come and repair it the following week! We had a great experience with Lifetime Roofing. The crew arrived early and stayed late to maximize the daylight. The crew was courteous and made a special effort to protect my flower and vegetable beds, which were mature and yielding during the re- shingling. We also had a new puppy that needed to go outside regularly and the crew was extra careful cleaning up the debris from the roof to make our yard safe at the end of both work days. Darin Lay was great communicating with us throughout the process and he came to make sure the clean up was complete and that the garden beds and yard had been well protected and picked up thoroughly.
