Outstanding Experience with Midwest Construction!

In March 2024, we noticed the wall outside our master bathroom shower becoming spongy, with what appeared to be mold seeping through. We had a handyman come out to assess the issue, and when he cut into the wall, he told us we had a much bigger problem than we initially thought. He recommended contacting our insurance company for an estimate.

After an inspection, we discovered that the shower pan had failed and had been leaking for some time. The insurance company provided an estimate for a full bathroom remodel down to the studs. We reached out to several contractors—three or four in total—but their pricing varied significantly, and none seemed to offer a reasonable solution without leaving us with a hefty out-of-pocket expense.

The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. Best of all, we didn’t have to endure loud, blaring rap music while my wife and toddler were home.

Chris at Midwest was one of three contractors we reached out to after we discovered water damage in our basement. A claim was filed with our insurance company.
With his help the estimate got thru our insurance company in one day.
Again with his help we were approved for more monies than approved by the insurance adjuster.
Once started, over the course of the project we had his electrician show up, demo team, cabinet man, granite contractor, flooring people, painters. and content movers and the project was completed on time. No project over runs do to his errors only upgrades my wife and i chose to pursue
