I was very happy with the service I received from Middle South Systems. They were timely in doing the entire roof. They did a good job in cleaning up nails and there was no left over roofing material to clean up.

They were very responsive on a couple of items which needed attention after the roof was completed.

If you are putting on a metal roof use them.

My neighbor had his roof done about a month ago and I was able to reach out to Middle South systems. Tyler Martin called me back and was able to set up an appointment quick. had him over the house which he did the inspection and ran through my "million" questions I had. upfront about everything, very polite and responsive to our calls and requests. the crew came over and did a great job, I should have done this awhile ago. I definitely impressed with workmanship and communication with Tyler. I for sure will passed this on to my famil and friends!

We now have a stunning standing seam roof on a house with 3 or 4 different pitches and a camelback. I got three other quotes but Steve was the one who was not fazed by the complexity of the job and gave me three addresses nearby to view previous roof installations. The crew was so courteous and so knowledgeable. The crew leader has been doing this for decades. The machine that they brought to extrude the panels was quiet, they were quiet, and all of a sudden the roof was done. It's gorgeous, and I will lower both my homeowner's premiums and my energy bills (the Solar White color I chose is LEED certified). When pro-rated over the 40-50 years that this roof will last, the investment is very well worth it. Great company and product.

Last evening we were sitting on the front porch enjoying the breeze. A woman, out for a walk, stopped and took a long look at our home. Then she said, "That's a beautiful roof. You have the best looking house in the neighborhood."

They will go above and beyond by putting the best and most durable roof, weather its Metal or Composition Shingle, their customer SATISFACTION is very important to them. I went through three roofing contractors and their price beat all 3. Not to mention they are putting a better product on my roof than all 3 Contractors. Their Crew goes above and beyond to wk quick and sufficient. My job took a 1 day and 3 hours the next day. They will start from sun up to sun down if need be. No job is too big or too small for Middle South System. If you need a new roof weather its comercial or residential give MSS a shot I GUARENTEE you will not be disapointed!

Middle South Systems is an excellent company to deal with. Steve went out of his way to ensue that I was satisfied with the job. He did everything I asked for and more. I thought I had a leak after the first rain when I went into the attic to check. Called him, he and his crew showed up right away only to discover that my boxing was the leak. He corked it for me and that was the end of the leak. He used the highest grade material available, industrial sealant and SS ridged nails. The roof reduced my attic temperature as he said it would. From 125 deg to 115 with ambient temperature being 96 at 3 PM, gable roof with vents on each end. Looks great, energy efficient, reduced my homeowners insurance. Thanks Steve

WOW!!! What a beautiful roof. Although the exterior of my home is not finished yet, everyone that comes by comments on how beautiful the roof is. Even had one person ask who installed the slate roof. Having said that, the best thing about this roof is not how good it looks but the warranty. LIFETIME or 40 years transferable and winds up to 150 on my roof. Can't get that on any other roof. The job done on the shingles, flashing and valleys was very professional. Thanks Steve.
