I highly recommend Mid Tenn Restoration LLC. I had a mold situation that I needed help with and didn't have a lot of time on my end to get a resolution. Most of my communication was with Michael, one of the co-owners. He listened, was understanding, respectful, communicative, sensitive to my situation, gave me guidance, and helped put me at ease. The other co-owner Tucker was great too, as was the entire team. They were all respectful, diligent, tidy, efficient, and hard workers. I am very pleased with the outcome, and am truly so very grateful for everything they did.

Our home flooded. We were very unsettled until we met with MID TEN RESTORATION company.
Instantly they made us feel they were going to take care of us and help in any way we needed help.
The whole crew of MTR & The quality of work was excellent.
They were respectful of our home And contents. They came on time each and every day. Worked extremely hard to get our house back in order. They cleaned up after each work day.

Wow! Called Mid Tenn Restoration to clean up of our basement after last week's severe thunderstorms, tornado warnings, and flash flooding. They came the same day we called for an estimate, gave us a fair quote and began two days later to do the work. We had a foot of water in our basement that came in from the ground somehow and receded the day after. They took out the soggy carpet, cut 2 feet of drywall all around, got rid of all the wet toys and treasures that were ruined, the fridge, doors, door frames and more all in 5 hours with their efficient crew. They sprayed everything with microbial spray, set up the fans and dehumidifiers and left it for a week to dry out. Tucker and Mike were very professional, friendly, and we would recommend them to anyone and no, they are not relatives; we had never met either of them before. Tucker and Mike are great. When they came to take that first look, I liked them right away. They took the time I needed, walked me through the whole process, and answered my many questions.
They took pictures and measurements then prepared a detailed estimate/restoration plan. The work was scheduled and completed quickly.

Michael and his team are incredible. We had a mold issue impacting our health -- I was sick for 12 weeks. We were referred to Mid Tenn Restoration, because of their multiple national certifications in mold remediation, and reputation for excellence (in addition to those certs, they are also trusted by local police departments and government agencies to clean and remediate crime scenes -- meaning their team is well-vetted). I thought they would do solid work, but Mid Tenn absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. Michael is a great communicator, very honest and an awesome human being. The items they fixed looks like new. After they completed their work, I stopped being sick, and I can breathe well again. If you have a mold issue, Mid Tenn is the best in the business. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

You will be well taken care of by owner Mike and his team. I hired him to perform extensive mold abatement work in the crawl space and HVAC systems. Throughout the process, from the initial quote to the last day on the job, Mike was professional and communicative. He charged a very reasonable rate, showed up and completed the work within the times he quoted, and above all, he and his crew did phenomenal work. If you need a company to tackle a mold problem with precision and care, Mike is the guy.

Our kitchen sadly flooded and Mid Tenn Restoration came in and did an amazing job drying out the space and carefully removing all damaged and unsafe materials. This team of individuals are honest, kind and hard working! They stepped me through every part of the process and made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Very easy to work with, very clean and respectful of our space. They really worked to find the solution that was right for us and get to the source of the issue. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again if we had future issues (hopefully never need them again though -fingers crossed-). Unlike a more known named company who charged us for an estimate and never looked for the source of the problem, they were thorough. They provided a free estimate and really made sure the problem would be FULLY remediated.

My house was in chaos. Water everywhere from the tub upstairs over flowed and my very pregnant wife and our two babies were so distressed. No one would come out to help us accept Bobby, Mike and Tucker.

We had a substantial water leak on Christmas morning alongside hundreds of others in the area. Our insurance company told us to call ServePro but they were completely overwhelmed, as were many other companies we tried contacting.

Mid Tenn Restoration was able to have a crew on-site within 4 days.

Their team was incredibly professional and thorough. They explained the process to us, and understood what a horrible ordeal the situation was for us. They worked for 2 full days removing damaged drywall, hardwood, tile, insulation, and cabinets. After a week of air movers and dehumidifiers thoroughly getting any remaining moisture out, they provided a room-by-room report (with photos) of the work they had done.

We are thankful for Mid Tenn Restoration for guiding us through the first step of restoration, and making it as smooth as it could possibly be.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with Michael and his team. They worked very quickly and had great attitudes the entire time. They were super knowledgeable and answered the million questions I had along the way. I would recommend them time and time again.

Michael, Tucker, and their team were wonderful. I had a fridge leak that was handled poorly by the first company. Michael worked with my insurance to make sure everything was fixed and treated appropriately. Michael was honest, responsive, and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Mid Tenn Restoration saved my home. We had a tree fall on the roof due to some strong winds. Michael and his team arrived onsite immediately and helped me to understand the job process. They worked with my insurance company and streamlined the process. They not only were able to remove the tree and repair the water damage to the interior of my home, they also were also able to get the roof replaced very quickly. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Very highly recommend, fantastic company.

It was very refreshing to be able to relate to the contractor and them understand and relate to me and my wife. They gave me honest feedback of what needed to be done and what did not. We had a fire and water damage in my shop when the sprinklers went off. I called Mid Tenn that night when I couldn't get anyone else to show up. Michael and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. Within 3 days couldn't even tell there had been a fire. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

You will not likely find a more qualified, or experienced staff in Tennessee. The guys know their trade and are great dealing with your insurance company during a fire or water damage situation. They also have a very experienced reconstruction team making the process so easy. A true one stop shop for water, fire, or mold issues. Great to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Michael rescued us from what could of been a disastrous water damage in our home! We were having drainage problems outside that were coming inside our home.
