Mid Atlantic just put a new roof on my house. The roof is gorgeous and the men that worked on the roof left the yard spotless and you would never know they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and looked great. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic for your roofing needs! Elizabeth

Really bad experience with this company. We had a leak in one small area of our roof, and mid atlantic advised replacing the entire roof, which they did. Still had the same leak, in the same place, they came out, said they fixed it. Next heavy rain, same leak, same place. They come out again, and so on.

We are now 3 years on and still have the same leak in the same place but they don't warranty repairs so want us to pay for assessment and new repair.

Go with an honest company that will do the job right the first time.

The total roof replacement of my home, garage, and pool house went flawlessly. The care that they took to keep everything clean and organized was amazing. Mark Vollink was prompt and very responsive throughout the whole process. I recommend Mid Atlantic to anyone for roofing and gutter repairs.

My experience with Mid Atlantic Roofing was great! From the initial encounter at the door with Ben to the patient and friendly office/finance manager, Jolene. AND, I must say that Wesley was a jewel to my family. He went above and beyond to make sure that we received every supplemental allotment from our insurance and even reached out to our agent twice. Very smooth process. The results of the work you ask?? It looks outstanding. We got a new roof, new gutters, new gutter guard, and replaced damaged siding and decking. Mid Atlantic roofers was thorough, helpful and extremely customer focused from start to finish throughout this project. Wesley Stevens and Ben Whitley were both always eager to help and provided thorough answer to all of our questions. They guided us through the entire roof process (being our first roof install we needed a lot of extra help), and even helped initiate and manage communications with our insurance company. Within a couple weeks our roof was installed all in a single day, by a very capable crew and the cleanup of our yard was A++. Contracted with these folks for gutters. Kirk did a great job of explaining and presenting the process. Very thorough and professional. We ran into a hiccup but it was easily worked out. Great customer service. Great follow through. I will be using Mid Atlantic for any future needs.

Extremely unprofessional company. As you can see from the pictures, they drove through my yard instead of using my driveway. They got one of their trucks stuck in my yard and had to have it towed out, while leaving ruts in my yard and mud splattered on my house. They also broke my gas grill, and at first admitted to it and offered to either replace it or give me money off my bill to replace the grill. They didn’t do anything to fix my yard, but weeks later after I had to reach out to several people at the company, they sent someone out to throw grass seed and straw over the ruts, and that’s all. Then I got a bill with only $50 off an almost $10,000 bill for my grill damage replacement. When I complained, I got the run around. I was then told that they didn’t break the grill, that a fallen tree broke the grill, and they were just giving me money off in good faith. When I refuted the obvious lie, the sales manager then told me that it was my fault that the grill broke anyway, because I didn’t move it far enough away from my house while they were doing the job. Use any other company, unless you want to use this one for a quote only.

We've wanted to replace the original wood windows in our home for quite a while. We've had several quotes, one that was ridiculously high, and one who told me the inside molding around my windows would be damaged from the work!?
I was referred to Mid-Atlantic by another company who is doing work on our home. I phoned and got an appointment for just a day or so later. The salesman Kirk didn't give us a sales pitch - he listened. Then he measured and gave us a price for the windows we wanted. Done deal!
The windows arrived last Friday and the install was set for yesterday. The installation crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Mike, Dave, and Doug were pleasant, efficient, and respectful of our property. Kirk came by in the morning and afternoon to see how things were progressing.

To say they all went above and beyond on this job is an understatement.

I now have beautiful, easy-care windows that work and at a price I didn't think possible.
We will be spreading the word about Mid-Atlantic. They are probably the best kept secret in the replacement window industry.

I must say that being a homeowner has its set of challenges but I fell comfortable saying I was referred to the right place! Wesley has been very helpful in getting my roof and gutters repaired. We had a persistent leak around our house’s chimney. Mid Atlantic sent someone out quickly to look at the situation. Within a few weeks we had the problem fixed, and so far, no more leaks after many heavy rains. We’re very pleased.

My initial contact with the company was great. The estimator, Tim, showed up the home on time and was very professional. His assessment of the roof was directly in line with other roofers we had quote the roof that day. He returned his quote within a day or two and his price was very competitive as well. No work has been performed yet as we are not in the home for another month or two but I wanted to share with potential customers what the intake process is like with this company.

I needed a roof put on my 33 year old home. I contacted Mid Atlantic Roofing and they sent Dylan Oates. Dylan showed up on time which is a rarity in these days. Our salesperson Rafael was amazing from the beginning to the end of our new roof purchase. He went above and beyond. I needed to have my rusty metal roof painted. Mid Atlantic was the only one out of 6 roofers that even returned my call. They pressure washed it and applied 5 layers of coatings. No doubt my roof is really protected now! The entire crew was great! Thanks guys!

Mid Atlantic Roofing was not the lowest nor the highest estimate I got. What really sold me was that Wayne (I think) pointed out a gutter problem that was damaging my home that I didn't know about. They installed two sun tunnels which I love. Cleanup was great, they came when they said and my new roof looks lovely. The office was also very professional, when I had a concern it was immediately handled.

These guys were very professional and got the job done quickly. They took off my old roofing and put a new on in the same day. Then the boss came out and checked the work the next day. They even used a magnet out to get up all the nails. Great job.

His company has performed to everything we had agreed upon. I have already referred them to some of my friends. Professional, responsive and quality work. My chimney chase cover was leaking and rain could have damaged the ceiling. They covered the chimney with a tarp while the cover was manufactured.
When installing the new one the hole for the heat vent was too small. Within an hour they fixed it and thirty minutes later it was installed! The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

They replaced a roof for me almost 3 years ago. The process was timely and seamless. The price was affordable. Unfortunately, they no longer service the SC area.

Mid Atlantic replaced the roof on our new home. Project was completed quickly with no issues. Finished product looks fantastic!

So this all started with a chimney cap. It was amazing and I have gotten so many compliments about it. Once it was done, I thought this is the company I need to use for the gutters, window wrapping and isolation.
I've paid ALL of the required deposits to be "put on the schedule " to have several things done to my house. It's been 2 months and NOTHING. Not even a phone call from them, I have to call to get updates. The updates are never correct, just another run around story. And if you want to leave a message. forget it. That mailbox is always FULL. I just want my deposits back. I wounder HOW LING THAT WILL TAKE, another 2 months, or even longer.

Very disappointed about my experience here. I'm wondering if there's been a change of management, or if the company is going out of business. We used Mid-Atlantic about 5 years ago to replace a roof and had nothing but positive experience, Dealing with them the past few weeks has been the polar opposite.

I'll put details below, If anyone would like to read them, But the bottom line being it is nearly impossible to get in touch with them, and they do not abide by what they promise.

I called In mid June, 2021, Because I was under contract on a new home that needed some roof repairs. I scheduled a quote for June the 30th, So I can understand the scope of repairs needed and to get some things on the schedule for when we move in. I was told I would have the report same day. The day after the inspection I had still heard absolutely nothing from the company. I called multiple times and only ever received the voicemail box. The following day I received a call back, And I was assured I would have the report by that evening. I did not receive a report back that evening, So I emailed back and called the following day. I finally got in touch with someone the following Monday, And I was told they don't know why I expected my report back same day, and to expect it by Friday (a week and a half after my initial inspection). The tone was very frustrated, It said he had lots of other work to do before he put the report together. It doesn't make any sense to me why he is doing reports out of order, But that's not my place. On Friday night at 10:00 p.m. I received an email saying they had decided not to do the work. No report, no photos, I am about 99% sure the inspection was never done. Since this email I have not gotten a response back, and the phone lines always go straight to voicemail. As of today, July the 10th, The voice mailbox is full and can't take any more messages. So as far as I'm concerned, I literally have no way to get in touch with the company. They have 100% lost my business, And I would recommend anyone stay away at this point. Something is off, and a company that used to be fantastic and reliable, is now sketchy and impossible to contact.

My inspector through this process was Dave, and he has been all but impossible to contact.

I have used Mid-Atlantic for all roof needs for several years. They are the best. I commend all aspects of the service I have received.

Shawn did a great job throughout the process. They did more than they said they would and when I had a question about one place they came back and did way more than necessary. I thought the price was fair. Great Experience!

This company did a great job on our new roof and gutters! Kelly and Ricardo Lamberty were wonderful to work with. They were very personable and professional. They were also very patient and helpful when trying to pick out the right color of roof to have.
If you want a beautiful roof, warranty, and professional work, this is the company to use! And don’t forget to ask for the Lamberty couple to assist you!

The sevice was excellent from start to finish. Our sales representative, Shawn Reger, was great to deal with. He heiped us in dealing with our insurandce compamy and kept informed all the way through the process. The installers completed a large roof in one day. Their work is excellent and the cleeanup was spotless!

Very happy with our new roof from Mid-Atlantic! It was easy to work with Rafael from start to finish - I appreciate his communication and professionalism. The work crew was very efficient. They did a great job with the roof, as well as cleanup.

Mid Atlantic Roofing Systems completed repairs to our roof in a timely and professional manner. They also installed new gutters which gives the house a much better overall appearance. Our sales rep, Shawn Reger, was very helpful and guided the project from start to finish. We plan to use Mid Atlantic in the future for door and window replacement.

I contracted through Jeremey and we went over the existing issues. We went with a roof removal and re-shingle and new gutters. I had three issues that we went over extensively.
1- flashing on skylights and heat vents had been nailed in the bottom where its exposed to the elements. Everything did have "goop" covering the nail heads but I wanted to make sure that that wasn't how it was reinstalled. The nails should go under existing shingles. See picture 1.
NOTE; This was gone over with Jeremey, Alana, and the site foreman.
2- I needed an extra gutter "deflector" on one corner of the roof. I had three already but one spot was trouble.
3- there was no drip edge on the house.

Now comes the day to do the roofing. I was told that the shingles would be there the day before. They were not. Same with a neighbor. They came around noon which slowed the guys down somewhat. They started the roof install and I had to stop them because there was no drip edge. I called Alana. The contract didn't have it listed. Jeremy didn't put it on the work order. So they went and got some. Wrong size. They went to get more. Wrong size again. Alana said they would put it on during the gutter install. Since it was rip off part of the new roof or this, I agreed.

The roof goes on. The actual guys installing did a nice job. Except for ONE of the heat vents was nailed through the lower flashing again. I sent a picture to Alana. Some guy (unknown name) called and asked what the problem was. I told him and he said it was supposed to be that way. I argued a bit and he said it again. I then said if that's how it's suppose to be done, how come everything else is done the other way? (right way in my opinion). He said he would come out in a day or two and look at it. He didn't.

So a week or two later the gutter guys come out. Again they did a nice job. However the "drip edge" wasn't drip edge. Just some bent over aluminum stuck under the shingles and OVER the underlayment. Thats not where it goes. I also noticed that I got NO gutter deflectors at all.

Needless to say Im not a fan of this company. And it seems it's the company, not the actual workers for the most part. I did wind up installing new deflectors myself. And I made and installed a cover for the heat vent where the nails were showing. See picture 2.

Well, that's my experience. The roof does look nice and it's not leaking.

Mid Atlantic did an AWESOME job replacing my roof! They were very responsive to my initial problem and we discussed all my options. Of course, insurance didn't want to pay but with Mid Atlantic's evidence, they reversed their decision. The whole process with Mid Atlantic was simple. Miriam was excellent to work with and kept in touch with me on where we were with the process the whole time. It took less than a day to replace the roof. I recommend them to everyone who needs roof work. They really are the best!

Very knowledge and helpful at each stage of the process. They installed a new roof and it looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent!

I cannot say enough great things about MARS and more importantly Kelly and Ricardo. They have been wonderful to work with and have went above and beyond to make this whole process run smoothly. Unfortunately the weather has pushed back the install date but Kelly is always keeping me up to date. We are in the middle of selling our house and purchasing a new house and to say that process has been stressful would be an understatement. Kelly will just randomly text me to check on me and to see how things are going with selling the house. That means so much during all of this. I highly recommend Kelly and Ricardo with MARS!!

Our new roof looks awesome! The crew installed high quality work with very fast removal and installation. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Kelly. We went through an EXTREMELY stressful time with our roof, but they took care of us like we were family. Never once were we left in the dark wondering, they always kept us informed every step of the way! Kelly herself was one of the most personable reps I have met in any line of work. From the first moment she came over she listened, worked with us, and held our hands through the entire process. The nightmare ended when they took over and I can’t say thank you enough.

Maraim was quick to respond via email when we were getting quotes. Of two other competitors, one never emailed back and the other responded after 3 weeks and told me "shame on you" when I told him that I already picked MARS.
Maraim also took time out of her day to visit our home after business hours so that we could talk over options, pick shingles, pick gutters, colors, etc, and then sign a contract.
The team arrived and did their job in 2 days. When they left, it was as if they were never there - except I had a great new roof in place.
The gutter guys came on a separate day. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves. Also a great installation.
Maraim then followed up afterwards and made sure that everything was right. Luckily we had a huge storm, and I was able to tell her that the roof held up perfectly (as expected) when challenged with 4 inches of rain in just a few hours!
I would recommend MARS again. Also, the T-shirt with the Alien is hilarious!

Rafael Tirado, Sales Representative was extremely professional and timely. Mr. Tirado was good to work with , as he complete each and every task as promised. Roof looks very good.

I called on Wednesday morning, the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. She had two guys out that afternoon! They inspected the roof, explained our issues, and had estimates in my inbox by Wednesday night! Rafael called to let me know, and answered my questions that night.
We will not be using their services immediately, we have to get through the holidays first , but I will in the future and recommend to everyone I know!

This company was a pleasure to do business with! Pricing was good, workmanship was excellent/professional, and quality of roof was very good with neighbors providing compliments.
