The product I have sourced from this company is actually of good quality HOWEVER....
Unfortunately the systems to design and implement this product are not made for small jobs or non-professional/non-corporate use.
They required a design team to determine the needs of my roofing system. Their design was wholly inadequate. They both designed and charged me for parts that are completely unusable on my roofing type, and when asked about it, said that they do not know how or why it would be used in that way. and have not refunded me for their mistake. They also did not give me what I had explicitly asked for.

Get an exhaustive list of parts, and ensure you are only charged for exactly what you need and can use, and that they explain each use location for each piece you have. Do not rely on them to do the appropriate design.
