Got home to a complete mess after being on vacation for a couple days. And Kelli And his team were there within an hour!
I can’t express how much gratitude I have that they were able to put a stop to my water leaks so quickly.
They made the mitigation process a breeze and had great communication with my insurance, which made it super easy to get everything taken care of. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of mitigation or restoration services.

Keli and his team were amazing. I had water damage in my kitchen and they did a very good job on getting everything done and fixed. As soon as I explained the situation to them that I couldn’t wait weeks or months for the work to start since I had small kids they went out of their way to accommodate me and start work as soon as possible. I even had that come on Thanksgiving day to install my cabinets I am very grateful for their work, ethics, and the punctuality that they have showed me.

Where do I begin... Keli and his crew are amazing. Fast, efficient, great communication and great quality work. Our basement has some small water damage, but his team came in and replaced carpeting, baseboards, paint so quickly and didn't have us waiting months like some companies do. Any restoration needs, don't go anywhere else!

I have used this company a couple of times due to flooding in my basement. I didn’t even know where to begin, once I talk to Steve, he walked me through what I had to do, but then he took over and handled the rest and made it such an easy process for me. They did a great job on the cleanup, and the customer service is great!

We had an unfortunate sewer back up and our home theater in our basement was destroyed. MGM did a phenomenal job with the restoration and was FAST. The guys that worked the job were on time every day and Keli, the project manager kept an open line of communication between myself and the adjuster. My basement flooded at the worst time of my life, my mom was at the end of her life. To say I was distraught and overwhelmed would be an understatement. I ran home real quick and found my entire 1,500 square foot, fully finished basement under water. My sump pump, back-up sump pump and flood sensor alarm all failed. MGM Restoration came highly recommend by a few people I know, so I contacted them. I initially spoke with Leo, who was absolutely wonderful and such a big help. He put me in contact with Keli, and within 20 minutes of speaking with him, Elvis was at my house to assess the damage. Elvis then had a crew at my house within an hour. I want to add that this was New Year’s Day. Tony and the rest of the crew worked extremely hard to remove the carpet, padding, molding, damaged drywall, furniture & belongings, clean up the water and to set up driers & dehumidifiers – all while being efficient, caring and respectful. Keli was an excellent Project Manager, and was very kind and caring. He explained the water mitigation and insurance process so that I understood, answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and came by frequently to check on the basement and the drying process. Excellent customer service!

Had a tree fall on roof, leaving a hole and water damage. MGM was very professional and caring. Keli should be very proud of his guys. They knew what to do. They repaired with wood, shingled, drywall, painted and cleaned up. Could not be happier with their work. Great company, Highly recommend.

Keli and Tony did a great job with my relatively small basement leak. They still came out promptly, removed the section of the wall to find the leak and dry out the area, and it's now filled and the wall fixed. Excellent work!

The service we received from Keli and his crew when our basement flooded was top-notch. Literally words cannot express the professionalism, compassion and work ethic of this company. From the office staff that answered the telephone when we called, to Keli coming out and assessing the damage, to his team working tirelessly in our home for many hours. Keli and team helped me in a situation where I was struggling for months dealing with non cooperating insurance that was not willing to cover the actual cost. Keli's detailed estimate helped close the issue with the insurance. His team worked with me to fix the insurance paid bathroom leak along with updates that I paid from my pocket. I am completely satisfied with this company from beginning to end. Elvis was the project manager who came out, measured and explained everything. Tony and another guy did the work to perfection. From the plaster, drywall, sanding and painting. They moved my furniture, covered things and treated my home like it was theirs. I'm glad I went with them. I highly recommend this company.

Keli and his team came in right away to assess our water damage after a flood in our home. Keli has helped us through every step of the process: from mitigation to understanding the insurance process to beginning reconstruction on multiple levels of our home. The team is currently working on reconstructing the damage, and we couldn’t ask for a better company to work with, so far. They are timely, efficient, responsive, professional, and tidy. We are very pleased with the the work being done!

MGM was on point from the first call. Our refrigerator water line broke which caused our kitchen and dinning room to flood. This water damage also impacted our basement. MGM was out within one day to start water mitigation. They were very professional and the communication throughout the process was excellent. MGM Restoration was referred to me by my homeowner's insurance carrier. Our MGM project manager, Elvis and his team of professional craftsmen, provided superior response and quality in servicing our claim. The work included replacement of a front entrance double, storm and entry door. Baseboard trim repair was done also. Steve, the owner, also provided great follow up to insure quality of workmanship. This involvement lead to our requesting MGM to do additional work, which included installation of a water powered sump pump backup system, and interior door repairs. I highly recommend MGM RESTORATION to anyone needing the services they provide.

Elvis and his team were the only ones who cared about our mold situation and got it tested and removed asap. I called several companies and it was going to be weeks out before someone could even test the mold. Elvis came the very next day to test it and scheduled for the removal the very next week. His team was very professional and Elvis was very responsive if I had any questions. I would 100 percent use this company again.

We had the unfortunate experience of our washing machine overflooding on new flooring. The thought of having water under my new hardwood floor was gut-wrenching. This all happened at a very unfortunate time. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with during the holidays. A quick Google search popped up MGM. Kelly was at my house within an hour and quickly assessed the situation. After his initial inspection, Kelly advised me that we needed to act right away to preserve my precious new hardwood. Great service! Our clinic flooded and we placed a call and their team was here within a half an hour and cleaning was done by the end of the day. They're very professional and prompt and I appreciated how they walked us through the entire process. Would highly recommend for anyone who has to deal with an emergency restoration situation.

A company that stands behind their work!! Had a tub overflow that flooded over half are house and mgm came right out and worked until all the water was cleaned up and then put out dryer fans and dehumidifier for several days. Ken communicated with very well and was always their via phone for any questions. His workers worked hard and was very careful in are home. We found a area of water under are homes underbelly that got past them (it was a big job) but they are coming back out to rectify the situation even after its been a few months ago and just found...Ken had no issue and told me to call him with any new info or questions with his direct cell. We shouldve had these guys do the remodel as well but instead went with jonny on the spot due to his good reviews and that turned out to be a mistake. Mgm has my future bussiness. Honest and trustworthy and quality work.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Great communication. Design suggestions were provided even if it resulted in lower cost, having choices was nice. Estimates are provided with detail broken down which was much appreciated and costs were reasonable.

I worked with Steve exclusively​ but met most of the team of project managers throughout the remodel. Each added experience and background whenever possible. After dealing with multiple previous rude and overpriced remodel companies MGM was a blessing.
