Their customer service is second to none and they are the best in the industry for quality control. I could not recommend a more reliable and ethical company. We have used most suppliers in the northwest but we choose to buy from Metallion.

This is our third order with Metallion. Our first time ordering standing seam roofing that was rolled out on our home site. It was a bit scary not knowing what to expect as far as placing and stacking the roofing panels. Thankfully the technician they sent (Ryan) was absolutely brilliant. He explained the process, sorted out a good location to stack the panels and helped us carry and organize the order.. wish I could give more stars.

I am a DIY homeowner who needed a new roof over an 8x24' patio. I called Metallion and got good info from John. (The company is only 20 minutes from my house.) I went down the following day, worked up exact material needs, and placed an order of about $600. It was ready for pickup 3-4 days later. Fast, efficient, good showroom, and a larger business than I had imagined describe this company. Definitely recommend them!

Knowledgable, friendly people who are more than willing to share information. I am most impressed with their delivery driver who cheeerfully achieved a difficult placement.

We ordered some roofing for a new patio cover in our back yard from Metallion. They were very helpful when we were trying to figure out what we needed and if we could install it ourselves, and we decided to overlook the pushy religious quotations that came with every email. However, the guy who delivered the roofing felt that he was entitled to make rude, inaccurate, and politically charged comments about our country of origin. It was so extremely unpleasant that we will not be doing business with them again.

I would not recommend this place I ordered a roof package from them and they put the calculations in to a computer and told me what my price and material from the measurements I gave them my trim on the gable ends is short I asked them to replace it with the correct length and they no because I agreed to the material list and told me it was special order after I was told it was the the short stock length I said I would pay for the additional length but I want them to buy back the short ones they said no and pointed to some small print and continued to say they would not replace it I also gave the owner a chance to make this right with me and he would not call me I guess I’ll go to a different supplier from now on

I have been a General Contractor for 25 years. This company has been one of the best I have used. Their communication and understanding of the jobs needs has been exceptional. As hard as it is me to admit. I made a mistake during production. They were more than fair to me in correcting the situation. Having the roofing, siding or soffit bent onsite is a major plus. Allows direct contact with the fabricator. Which in the case of my mistake made the difference. I would have had to call in and reorder. Wait in the production line to correct my mistake. Instead the driver was able to add 2 feet to five of my panels on site. Right then and there. No waiting problem solved. Priceless....I have recommended these guys to all of my peers. Thank you for your professionalism. Rare these days.

Noah, I just thought you should know you have an excellent team. I am totally impressed with not only the phone skills John and Noan gave me when working my difficult and timely order, but the shop blasting this order out for us is amazing.
You and the team saved us shipping cost by having the order done so fast and ready to w/c on Friday.
We will be able to make our truck on Sunday heading to Travis AFB. And our crew will be set to install on Monday.

The quality of Metallions products is stunning. The copper penny roof made my house the nicest house on the block. Who ever thought a roof could be a work of art? Best part, I will never have to replace it.
In addition, the entire staff is professional and will do everything to ensure your order is accurate.
I loved the results so much that I decided to use their building products to construct a solid surface 3/4 sun room deck that will last for 75+ years with no maintenance. I will post pictures when it is done.

Top Quality, professional service, lightning fast. Micah was awesome to work with and super helpful. The metal is formed right on site so there is no shipping or loading damage and no scratched panel risk. The operator that did the roll forming was very friendly, skilled and professional. My error was corrected by them with no problem, leaving me very grateful. This company definitely exceeded my expectations. I will use them again and recommend that you do too!

Just picked up my order today. Took only a day was super fast and the price was great. I've heard good things about this company and the people are very polite.
