Locke Buildings and The Power Works LLC companies designed and built a 20'x40' pole barn building in our property in Carlton Oregon last month. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the entire design and construction process. The project manager Rob Elsen and all of his crews were very professional and knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Great price, service and quality. We are vey grateful for their service.

I purchased my 40x50 pole building from Locke Buildings after comparing nearly every other supplier in western Oregon, and I’m glad I chose them. Locke buildings was great to work with. The project started a bit slow but once all the details were worked out my addition went up quickly and Jennings Construction did a great job building it. Communication was very good with both Locke and Jennings.

Locke buildings went above and beyond to complete our building! Every step of the build was completed by very professional knowledgeable crew. A lot of snow, icy roads, soil with more rocks than dirt at times that needed dug by hand. If Locke says they can do it, they will! Overall we are very satisfied with Mike and Locke buildings. If we need another pole barn built I’m calling Mike.

Rob and Arturo were so awesome to work with! After many attempts, changes and MUCH patience we designed the perfect building for our propriety. They definitely made the process seamless and we would do it all over again with them. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

Locke Building’s went above and beyond during our construction phase. Communications between us and Locke were great. I am very pleased with ease of ordering and how quickly my kit arrived. My contractor put up my barn lean-to and it is just lovely! Can't wait to add the finishing touches and I will post a picture. Will definitely get another kit for the back side of my barn next year! Locke you Rock!

Sat down with Michael in 2021 he helped design our Barndominium. The whole
building package was sent to Lapine Or. Had a couple of delivery issues Steve Locke and Michael got right on it made it all good. Still to this date have a positive relationship with Michael.

Great kit and great people to work with, we made an error with our build and the owner and salesman stopped by and looked at the problem and found us a solution in a couple of days at minimal cost really appreciate the professional attitude and willingness to help when the mistake wasn't even their problem to fix great company and people. Locke Buildings from start to finish were courteous, professional, and timely. The project a 60’ x 120’ arena with stalls exceeded our expectations. Michael McElroy walked us through every scenario possible so we could make an informed choice that would meet our needs. There were teams that specialized in each portion of the build from the pad to pole setting, framing to metal work and Jason Locke checking in to ensure all coming along as planned. The attention to detail by each team is above reproach and very professional. We are so impressed with Locke Building and how they connect and support their employees, a healthy refreshing approach for today’s business world. The builders were very meticulous in getting everything perfectly square linning up all the screws and getting all the cuts nice and tight. The finished building came out as good if not better than expected. 30Wx40Dx16ft eves. Nate managed all the work flow, all the changes I made and kept it all on budget.

Nate and his Team did an amazing job. Good communication, professional and timely. The quality of the workmanship and materials is second to none. I like the fact that the 3 men who built the shop were there from start to finish ever day of the build, so nothing was overlooked, everyone was on the same page. Local folks make it even better.

Awesome people to deal with! They built a 12k sq ft commercial building for me and were a pleasure to work with.
