Meridian is hands down the best company I have come across for home repairs. Same day return call along with services starting at 1:00pm with crew and tools.
I had a water leak due to my water heater. They came out, removed my tile, walls and inspected the home the same day!
Contractor Britt and his team of professionals; Ray, Anthony and Eswer were attentive, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.
The company will also install new flooring, baseboards and walls. They have made this process become simple with zero headaches. Communication is key, and they have mastered it!

Meridian Restoration personnel were very Professional, Courteous and Skillful. Awesome company. I had a mold issue that was initiated in my attic through a small leak from the roof. Bradley was the first person I spoke with. He walked me through how the entire process would play out. He was very patient with my questions and returned every single one of my calls and text messages. Maria‘s team came out to pack up the affected areas and they were so careful with wrapping everything before it went into storage. They were in and out within just a few hours. Bradley’s team came back in to do asbestos remediation and then mold abatement. They were very meticulous about the process as well and followed the required process by the state of Georgia to the letter. Luis’s team came in to reconstruct everything that had to be taken out - which included my entire ceiling, part of my wall and part of my hardwood flooring. The affected rooms now look exactly how they did when I first moved in to my home. Luis also was very very responsive and answered every single question - questions that he did not have answers to right away. He took the time to confirm answers and came back to me with them. Mr. George was flexible with the scheduled return of my furniture so that it could be deep, cleaned prior to being moved back in. The cleaning crew took care of any remaining odds and ends that needed to be addressed and even cleaned the rest of my house! Didn’t even expect that part. They even did that cute little toilet paper flower design :-) Great experience overall with the entire company I have no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend!

The quality of the work was very good overall. The total time to complete the work was excessive. Scheduled work was days apart, due to over a 2 week wait for 1 cabinet to be rebuilt and finished.

As someone who was still unpacking personal belongings, the thought of having to repack everything was daunting. My insurance company sent them my and I was skeptical, but Britt McGill & team were awesome and went above and beyond. Britt was great with communication as well and his crew did a great job cleaning up, Anthony & Ray. Highly recommend.

We unfortunately had a tree fall on our home during the Helene storms, which rendered our home uninhabitable. Meridian came highly recommended by our insurance company. Although the repairs are severe, Alex, Josh, and Britt have worked so hard to make sure we are taken care of. They are always quick to respond and have helped us navigate this whole process. Their technicians Bradley, Ray, and Anthony have also done an amazing job thus far!

I had a water pipe leak and USAA recommended Meridian for the restoration. Everyone involved was top notch, especially the project manager, Ray Clark, who kept all the contractors in line. From the contractors who repaired the walls and ceiling (there were mold and asbestos issues) to the painters and tilers, everyone was efficient, courteous and did excellent work. I highly recommend Meridian.

Never having to use a company in Meridian's area of expertise before, I did not know what to expect. The crews that did most of the rebuild work were very professional and kept us informed. The major problem we had was finding out when work was going to occur and when there would be none. We went weeks expecting work to occur only to not have anything accomplished. It would have been of great benefit to be able to plan out of home activities instead of waiting days, and sometimes weeks, expecting work to be done and nothing happened.

THE BEST team. Couldn’t have asked for one better in a very stressful situation. I’m grateful to have been recommended them. Britt, project manager, answered every phone call and text almost immediately. It becomes clear, very quickly that they truly care about their client and genuinely want to help make the process as easy as possible.

Anthony and Eskewer were my Mitigation technicians who were also very kind and attentive. Never thought I’d have such a positive experience with anyone when sewage was coming up through my floorboards, but glad I was introduced to this team. While I hope I won’t need them in the future, glad to know there is a quality, caring and professional team there to help if I do!

Meridian has been awesome to work with! Britt, our project manager was very prompt with his responses. He even communicated with our insurance on our behalf to make sure everything was taken care of. The repairs look really professional as well. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst company ever to have in your home to do reconstruction and repairs. Of course, my insurance company is paying us to pay them, but I would not recommend this company at all. They do a sloppy job, they damaged your walls and other items in your home and never let you know. None of the workers have integrity or speak English. They lie and take weeks to finish a job that they scheduled for three days. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible horrible absolutely no integrity in every department that I Had to come across from customer service up unto the actual laborers.

Ray, Brad and Anthony were absolutely amazing helping with the mitigation process at my home. They were punctual, respectful and made the process very seamless. Thank you so much for your help :-)

This team of two young men(Brad and Ray) were outstanding in their detail of removing and cleaning up after the water damage. They were respectful, kind and we were all extremely satisfied with their work.

Our water line behind the refrigerator was leaking for several days but we couldn't see any water and were unaware of the leak.My cat escaped and made his way into my crawlspace, when I crawled under my house to rescue George I saw water coming through the floor. As it turns out the water ruined my sub floor,finished floor and a floor joist. I called Meridian Restoration, they sent Britt to my home. I was very impressed with how quick he showed up. Not only did Britt get my house dried out the same day he was able to get all the damages repaired within a timely manner. My kitchen ended up looking better than it did before and the cherry on top was he was able to talk with my adjuster directly on my behalf. I would highly recommend Britt with Meridian to anyone who appreciates fast,efficient and quality service. 5 STARS!!

Alex at Meridan was fantastic. After a pipe bursting in my home with much damage. Alex was professional and everything was done well and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Meridian and Alex.

Meridian replaced our hardwoods on the main floor and repaired the ceiling in a portion of the basement after a water leak. Alex and the crew did a great job getting everything fixed up and back to normal. They worked with my insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered, and did a fine job coordinating all of the moving parts: pack out, removal, installing, sanding, staining, finishing, painting, pack in, and plumbing. I’m grateful to the Meridian team for all of their hard work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

I used Meridian for restoration with my downstairs after a flooding issue after our first restoration company ghosted us. Alex and his team were top notch and went out of their way to accommodate our schedule during some some issues where we weren't available due to some family emergencies. I highly recommend them. They delivered what they promised, corrected a few small issues we had when we brought them up and were nothing but professional.

Meridian Restoration did an amazing job. Another company was making a mess of the job so we fired them and brought on Meridian. They were professional, polite, and the repaired basement looks amazing. I’d recommend Meridian Restoration to everyone who wants a quality product, professional craftsmanship, and a management team who still cares about customer service.

We worked with Meridian after a water pipe burst on Christmas Eve 2022 during some of the most severe subzero temperature conditions seen in Georgia. Their fast response more than exceeded my expectations, as they sent a large crew that worked into the evening on Christmas Eve and the days following to perform cleanup & mitigation. The Contents division did an excellent job of packing of personal items, moving out, storage, moving back, unpacking and setup of items exactly where they were before the incident. Our Project Manager Preston Greeson coordinated all of the reconstruction work. He was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive to all of my requests. We were very pleased with the repairs and quality of reconstruction to our home. I highly recommend them for any restoration services.

Alex was extremely pleasant and professional. He came out and took a look at my roof and was very thorough the process, and patient with me and my inquiries. I gave Meridian 5 stars because of Brett. Brett was my contact from Meridian that took care of my insurance job. My tenants let water leak in the kitchen, and as a result my kitchen tiles had to be busted up, bottom cabinets replaced, etc ....

Brett excelled in communicating with me throughout the project, and is also a skilled contractor himself. When the job called for an extra hand, Brett jumped right in took care of the job with excellence. When the painters were not going to clean my kitchen walls before painting, Brett took the cleaner and helped them wash the walls. He saw they needed help, so he pitched in.

There are too many good things to say about Brett, and no room on Facebook to write it all. This is one young man that is not afraid of work. Meridian is fortunate to have Brett working for them. In my opinion, Brett needs to be promoted. Others can learn from him how to treat their customers. Job well done Brett!

We were referred to this company through Nationwide Insurance. We had a bathroom leak that resulted in the bathroom having to be gutted and restored back to how it was. Jared is my point of contact. I first met him March 22. It is now April 23 and my bathroom is still being worked on. He can't give me any accurate timelines and communication is seriously lacking. He could care less how long this project takes. I was told that the tile work would take three days. Tile work is now on day five and could possibly take as long as 7 days. I have asked for new timelines and no response. Don't use these people and if you do, good luck to you.

Cameron Ritter of this Marietta Location was our Project Manager. He was very Professional and knowledgable. We had storm damage from fallen tree limb that went through the garage which required new roof, gutters, painting ceilings two rooms and repairs. I highly recommend Meridian Restoration & Reconstruction as this was quickly handled and completed in a timely manner .

The absolute worst company I have ever worked with. If I could give them no stars I would. A 3 week bathroom job turned into an eight week fiasco. They lie. Straight up lie!! In the course of 2 weeks of my project, they worked a total of 3 hours. My insurance company recommended this company, I will let Farmers know how I was treated and hopefully they won't recommend this company any more. Plus, I have warned all my friends NOT to use them. Jared could not tell the truth if he had to. In the middle of one of his lies, his story changed. Worker had a personal problem one minute and van trouble the next. And don't say you never heard of me, I'm the one you asked to be paid when I still had bare walls and a sub-floor.

A special shout out to Meridian Restoration Services and Jared for their professional assistance and team work . Their timely response ,attention to details and explaining the process of restoration was appreciated.

We chose Meridian to do the work for an unfortunate bathroom leak. They were a pleasure to work with. Matt explained the financial aspects of dealing with our insurance company thoroughly and was very helpful along the way.As soon as we were ready to get started on the repairs we met Cam. He was professional and considerate of our situation. When dealing with any home construction I already knew to expect delays and rescheduling. It can happen for countless reasons but Cam made it as painless as possible. He was in frequent contact with me when crews were coming or if they would be late or needed to reschedule or just to make sure everything was going smoothly. With crews coming and going all the time Cam was the one constant I could count on during the craziness of it all. The contractors that came to my house were great too. They were hard working, meticulous and respectful of my home. I recommend using Meridian

During my kitchen reconstruction, Meridian staff and its contracted workers were timely, responsive, and professional. They were able to get my kitchen back into working order as promised. Since Meridian provides an array of services, I plan to use them for all future home improvement and repairing needs.

Used Meridian Restoration for two separate houses on two separate occasions. Both for water damage related issues. Meridian was very professional and demonstrated expertise in the area. The Project Manager, Jared Martin, was able to diagnose the issue quickly and help start the remediation process and limit any further damage. They definitely saved me a lot of time, headache, and money and definitely will be recommending and using them again if needed!

I am so thankful for this company! I had a small pipe in my upstairs bathroom burst, but it created a LOT of damage to my home. My insurance company recommended them and I am so glad they did! Meridians team was there the same day to help dry up the house. They quickly removed all the water damage and built my home back to even better than it was before the leak. You never want something like this to happen in your home, but somehow they made it all worth it. Matt, the District Manager, was so easy to work with and made sure everything was completed and perfect. Also, Alex and Cameron were always ready to help and answer any questions that I had during the process.

They did complete the work needed, however communication is lacking. I would be told they would show up a specific day and time and they would not come on time. I would have to call and ask where they were. Each time I was usually given a different excuse like they got stuck at a previous job, someone had an accident, etc. When they did the actual work no one asked me what color they needed to paint. They just used a color that they found a paint can for in my basement (I was in the process of painting the upstairs) and so they painted my bathroom the wrong color. They did offer to fix it, but since they could never show up when they said they would my husband and I fixed it ourselves. We do not recommend using unless you have plenty of time to wait at home for them.
