The gutters were not all installed. It took several raining days for them to figure out why. The shields got blocked. Two years later I had to pay for new replacement by another company.They threw away the fence from the chimney and they hope we wouldn’t notice it. I took several calls with complaints and more than a year to come to see their mistakes. They wanted to witness during the rain but never came. Our videos they. said didn't help

The team at Melvin Mills are incredible! The genuineness of the customer service of the owner and staff is unmatched by other companies. The value they hold on the relationship with their customers and interest in long term care, not just making a quick dollar on storm damages like many others and moving on, is fantastic! If you ever make the wise choice of hiring them for a new roof or repair, they will be the only roofing company you ever want to call again!

Great company and crew, I’ve used them more then 50 times on various roofs and never had a issue. Very clean and very good about details and communication. Grandpa Mills treats everyone like family and Craig and the boys do a great job of scheduling and customer service.

We love our roof! Not only were we wanting to replace our shingles we also had an addition that had a flat tarred roof that was causing some water damage. Craig and the crew did an amazing job repairing our damage and then they created a new pitched roof on our addition to match our existing roofline complete with a custom dormer. The whole experience was a great one! Melvin took great care and time to explain our options when we were picking our shingle type and color. All in all I would definitely recommend MELVIN MILLS ROOFING to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

We had a great experience with Melvin Mills Roofing. We had a leak after a hard rain. They were very prompt in assessing the situation and repaired it quickly.

We we thought we needed a new roof. I asked them to come out and look at it. Rather than just going along with my thoughts and "making a sale", they told me my roof would be good for several more years. They repaired the area around the chimney and we haven't had any problems since.

When we do need a new roof...they will be the ones to install it!
