We had our furnace replaced by Russell and Andrew. They both arrived on time and worked diligently to get it replaced, even as we had clients in and out of our office. Russell was able to give us ample time to open windows and get our ozone purifier running before the new installation was turned on, as the new system would create a smell from off gassing. They left everything just as it was and even took a look at our crawl space for any possible water damage. After leaving, providing us with info to have the the system on throughout the night. 10/10 Experience with these guys and will definitely be using their services again! Thank you guys very much! :)

I've had two great experiences with McLees. The first was a furnace service appointment with Suzanne - very attentive, punctual and informative. I will definitely request her by name for furnace/AC servicing needs going forward. The second time was for my furnace not working in sub-zero temps/exhaust vent frozen. The customer service was outstanding, responding quickly to my phone call, I think her name is Lacey. And Tim, who came to my house within hours and fixed the problem.
I highly recommended McLees based on these two interactions.

We had heat issues in our Master. I called the office and was treated very professionally. Not long after, I received a call from Suzanne, telling me that she was 20 minutes out from our home. She was fabulous, professional, efficient and warm,…my wife loved her. In today’s world, this kind of service and human interaction is, sadly, not common. We are very, very happy with this organization!

Excellent service! Our gas furnace went out over a weekend and we asked for non-emergent service since we had electric space heaters. Chad came out Monday and fixed enough to use as we needed a part. He came out as soon as part was in and fixed. Great communication and no BS! Thanks! Chad and McLees. We will definitely call for needed service and repairs.

Suzanne was the best! Our heater went out over the weekend and she was there right away. We felt bad to take her away from her weekend, but we are so grateful that she helped us out and took care of the issue promptly.

Chad at McLees is the BEST!!! When you have to call for an HVAC guy, it's often when something goes wrong and you need help quick. I've been working with Chad for over 10 years and have to make multiple calls a year to keep my hot yoga studio running with an optimal environment for our students. Chad ALWAYS answers his phone, is friendly and helpful to talk to, and gives it his best effort to get into fix any of our problems ASAP. I am so grateful to him and McLees for providing such excellent customer service!
