McKinley Roofing and Restoration replaced our roof in one day. Their team was extremely professional and thorough and following the roof replacement you would have never known my roof had been replaced!!! My yard and surrounding area was completely cleaned. Dealing with Insurance Companies is extremely stressful but Tyler Bowman handled all communication with my insurance company ensuring we received full policy coverage!!! His professionalism was above and beyond and we immediately felt like he was apart of our family. Thank you so much for making what would have been a very stressful process a wonderful experience and stress free!!

Ryan Gross has the best customer service! He is very polite and helped us get our entire roof insurance approved when I only needed a leak over my son’s room. He followed up and answered any and all questions we had.

Recently had storm damage on roof and Tyler with McKinley Roofing came our in very timely manner and inspected. There was in fact damage and he reach out to my insurance and they too came out and inspected and agreed. Shortly there after, received payment from Insurance, then McKinley's crew came out and removed old shingles, repaired any roof decking and installed new shingles in one day. Looks great. It was a hassle free experience and I absolutely do recommend. Thanks Tyler and the McKinley team.

You couldn’t ask for a more professional and responsive roofing company! All the guys here are so committed to making sure you get exactly what you have asked for and/or need. Even when my insurance company gave them a hard time they made sure we were taken care of and handled everything with the upmost professionalism and kindness. My roof looks amazing! They did a great job! Tyler was so helpful with the whole process. He contacted my insurance company and was very prompt in answering all of my questions. I didn’t have to do a thing. He also was great in helping me select the best color for my house. The work crew were able to do the whole job in one day and it looks great! They cleaned up everything so well that you couldn’t tell they were ever there.

We had a leek in our roof which turned into a full roof repair. McKinley Roofing worked directly with my insurance company. They were able to get the most money from my insurance claim as possible. The roofing team was quick, professional, and reliable.

A nice young man came by my house and asked if he could give me a free roof inspection so I said yes. He went up to the roof and came back with pictures on his phone. I had three big holes on my roof where a limb had hit and torn up my shingles. I have Allstate and I knew how hard they were to get insurance to pay for a new roof. But he felt like he could get approved by the company. To make a long story short. Allstate just approved to pay all of it except my deductible. The adjuster told me that Tyler had supplied him with videos of everything that he needed and so it was approved. I now have a new roof thanks to Tyler. Sincerely, Sue Brown

I’m a first time homebuyer, and have never had to replace a roof. They walked me through the process, helped me choose the best product for my home and budget, and worked with me to figure out the financial aspect. We have a very extensive roof, with severe pitches to the roofline. I was fully expecting it to take a week (because of the size and my general lack of experience with the process), and was very pleasantly surprised to come home on the second day to a fully finished roof (including the cleanup). The crew were quick, efficient, and professional in every way.

In addition, I had my chimney and fireplace inspected by a different company, and they said they didn’t know who did my roof but that they sealed around the chimney very well. As someone who’s never had to go through this process and wouldn’t know what a good seal looks like if it bit me, it felt good to hear another professional comment in such a positive way. I highly recommend!

Tyler and his team were absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond from day one, making this process easy and simple. We had our roof replaced, and we love it. We didn’t have to worry about anything throughout this process. We were communicated with regularly, and work was completed quickly. I love these guys! They were very professional, courteous, and thorough. I had some plants that needed protecting and all I needed to do was say “could you?” and the project manager went out of his way to make sure that they were. Then I told Monte I have bats in my overhang and I really wanted them to stay. He came back that night and spent an hour hanging upside down on my roof in order to fix an entryway for my bats. Not a lot of companies would go to these extremes. I strongly recommend them for any project that you may be considering.

The weight was taken off of my shoulders and they even helped me get money from insurance when they were being a pain. Other roofers I got quotes on just said that I would never get money for it but they fought for us and got us something to help with the cost of repairs! I have to say that McKinley roofing and restoration is a great company I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs repair or a roof replaced. Tyler and his crew were amazing they made sure that I understood everything answered all questions that I had. Had the old roof taken off and the new shingles put on all in the same day his crew was there until 9 o’clock to make sure everything was cleaned up before they left. McKinley's representative identified enough damage on my roof for insurance to cover it within just a few minutes. The representative from McKinley handled virtually all of the the leg work with the insurance company. They were very patient and helpful with my excessive number of questions. When the insurance company approved the work, McKinley's representative was ready to help me pick out the new roofing material. The project went very smoothly, and kept me informed through every step of the construction process. I'm very pleased with the result.

Tyler from McKinley Roofing was amazing. He came out and looked at my roof. There was a leak in my son roof and wind damage. I also had a problem with my gutter and soffit from a tree. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure that my roof was replaced and my gutter/soffit will be fixed in a few days. He went above and beyond to take care of everything for me.

It was a pleasure working with McKinley roofing. They went above and beyond to help with the process and were so kind and friendly. I has several companies try to get my roof approved through insurance and failed. Tayler and Monty got it done the first time and worked with us through the intire process. They didn't pass us off or forget us. Monty even stayed long after the Crew left, walking the property and ensuring everything was cleaned up. We will never use another roofing company again!!!!

Strong storm moved thru our area. Called Mckinely out and they were immediately available and responsive. Communicated clearly thru the insurance process. Once the roof inspection was complete the installation was completed in one day. When roof was being installed the project manager was on site which gave me peace of mind that everything was being installed correctly and in a timely manner. Top notch people, top notch company. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer care from talking to the insurance adjuster and handling them for me to being informative of material and crew arrivals! If I had to do it over I’d make the same choice twice!
