Dylan did a great job explaining the work that would be done to repair hail damage--the work was done when he said it would be--they did a great job!

McCoy Roofing has us covered...literally. Hail claims are always a bit hectic and stressful, but John Sopcich and his team were helpful at every step, including by text. We're very happy with not only the work done, but our interactions with every member of their team along the way.

John was a great point of contact and led us along the roofing process when we had hail damage on our house in Papillion, NE. He worked with insurance to get everything accomplished and wouldn't give up when they tried to low-ball costs.

We're very happy with the job McCoy Roofing did and thank you to John Ciaccio. If you give them a call, make sure and ask for him personally!

We had a small leak in our bathroom ceiling. Our roof is 10 years old and was originally installed by McCoy Roofing. Paul Browne was courteous, prompt, skilled, and repaired the leak in one visit. The next time we need a roof replacement (hopefully in the distant future), we'll be contacting McCoy Roofing.

Edit: I am editing my review due to events after the initial visit. I was passed through 3 different individuals during my experience. It did not feel as if there was any continuity, and after my initial with Zach, I did not feel like I was a priority. I am sure based on other reviews that they do quality work. However, I cannot be the judge of that as I ended up going with a different company, partially due to the above and I also needed additional services not offered by McCoy.

Initial Review: I can't say enough about how much Zach helped me through the stressful process of finding a solution to my roofing issues from the storm. He was able to get to me right away and I am sure he knew that I had no idea what to do. He helped me out immensely. Thanks again Zach!

I was really impressed with Travis, he deserves a raise :) In fact, he was the reason we chose McCoy as there was a bid from a competitor that was a bit cheaper, but he made us feel like he was going to make this easy for us, and he did. He personally dealt with my somewhat difficult insurance company over the course of the claim and payout. He came over multiple times to take pictures of the roof to make them happy and contacted them himself as we didn't know a lot of the insurance terminology and weren't sure if they were treating us fairly.
Throughout the process, he was organized, on time, followed through on everything without us having to prompt him -which is really important to me as we are busy, and he spent time explaining what the steps of the process and contract were, in detail.
The team they use to deliver and install the roof was very organized, respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up. I feel we got a great new roof and a great price and done with a company that really cares.

They were helpful and trustworthy. Work was completed on time and within budget and they worked with us to address our specific issues. We're very thankful for their help.

Matt was great to work with! He handled all the work with the insurance company and went to bat and won when they dragged their feet. We now have a new roof, gutters, siding, sofit, facia and our doors and windows vinyl wrapped. Basically, we got a whole new house! And it looks fantastic! Issues. He checked the roof, attic and ceiling stains. He was prompt and very professional. Although repairs are not needed at this time I was very impressed with Cole and McCoy roofing. I would call them again for roofing needs.

They handled everything from start to finish and coordinated with my insurance company to make sure I received the correct amounts from my insurance company. They kept me informed through the process. All work was completed on time and the crews did a great job and cleaned up well.

We experienced a hail storm in April and thought we should get our roof looked at. A co-worker recommended McCoy Roofing to us as they had a good experience with them in the past. He gave me the number of the guy who assessed their house and I called and set up an appointment. Dillon promptly came at a time that was convenient for us and we couldn't have been more impressed! Dillon was extremely courteous and professional and patiently answered all of our questions ( there were a lot!) It turned out our roof was just fine and thankfully not in need of replacement. We were impressed with Dillon's knowledge and honesty.( Unfortunately those traits are harder to find these days.) We now know who we will call if we need anything done on our house.

My roof was in pretty bad shape and required repairs as while as roofing. Cole the sales person with McCoy Roofing was at site during the time roofing was being completed and even made trips to get additional repair materials to make sure the job was completed quickly. Following job completion and after the crew had cleaned up and left, Cole stayed and re-rolled the area with a magnetic roller again to make sure no nails were left behind. The new roof made the whole house.look brand new! Thanks Cole and McCoy Roofing for a great job.

McCoy roofing was quick to respond back to my small roofing issue. I had contacted 3 other roofing companies and only one called me back at all. Stacy called me back the same day and was able to schedule an appointment to discuss my roofing problem.
Stacy was an absolute delight to work with. He listen to my contributions and gave me different options to fix my problem area. When the option I chose did not fix my problem, Stacy came again to check out the situation. He responded quickly to text messages and was always willing to communicate. When we discovered part of my problem was a leaky window, McCoyRoofing was able to help me with this also.

Stacy Canahan was very helpful handling the issue of our roof during Home Inspection. Originally thought to be manufacturing defect by inspector ended up being hail damage. Stacy worked with the adjuster and was able to get the roof covered and handled all of the stuff needed. They completed the roof within a week of being notified to help make the sale go smooth. A+

Andrew Cram was extremely helpful in helping me to understand how the whole insurance process worked from beginning to end. I had never gone through an insurance claim process before.

He walked me through each step of the process making it worry free for me to go on with my normal day to day activities. He came out and looked at my roof first before I made a claim on my storm damage. That was helpful in knowing I was not making a claim for no reason to my insurance company.

I than called my insurance company telling them I had Andrew come out and confirm enough storm damage to make a claim. My insurance company than assigned a claim number to me and that an adjuster would be calling me to set up an appointment to come out and look at my damage.

Andrew even came out to meet with my insurance adjuster and myself to make sure we were all on the same page as far as what the adjuster wrote up in the claim. I found this very helpful so that I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of for not getting damage written up that was missed by the adjuster. We than all agreed on damages written up and Andrew handled the rest from there on working with the insurance company getting supplements (money) sent to me that was not given in the first check I received from insurance. I got production done on all the trades I wanted Andrew to do. I gave Andrew a first check to start production on trades I wanted him to do. After production was done on all trades I gave him final check and that was it!
