MBCI - Cornerstone Building Brands

A friend recommended them as the place to go. I needed to get a bunch of metal roof for a project I am working on, so I brought a piece with me to match up. Signs redirect you ("visitors") from the obvious office beside the parking lot, across the "work area" that has semi's/trailers with loading and unloading, through a space that clearly requires hard hats and other OSHA required protection, into a hallway that ends in a tiny room with a table containing QR codes for the website and phone number. No one was willing to help at all on site, and the only thing I got from the phone call was a catalog emailed to me so I can try to figure out which color matches the piece of metal I brought. Absolutely worthless.
As I walked out, I ran into another poor soul lost in the maze. He'd brought a flat bed truck pulling a trailer for a purchase, and said he bought all the metal for building his house a few years ago and had a new project. He too seemed pretty irritated about whatever changes have happened there in the last few years.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm not wasting my time trying to figure out what color in the catalog is the color that matches my current roof. I'll find a shop that has a customer service standard of: "existing".

Долгая разгрузка, стою больше часа, а они даже первый трак не разгрузили. Легкий заезд в док, чуть тяжелее выезжать ( задним ходом). Вроде работники и выгружают и работают, а получается долго

Wish I could leave a zero!! Came up here to grab some screws for a job we are trying to finish and they were all completely rude. Told me I needed to order with a sales person, which I tried, no one would answer the phone!! Seriously flawed system. Never getting anything from them.
