Used to have great sales people with great customer service skills and now force you to go through their horrible online ordering system that never gives you a correct number and if you have questions you cannot get anyone to call you back. Once a great company....not sure what happened but they need some serious work.
Pull around back for coil delivery. Took them an hour to clear bay. But once they did, 15 minutes for 5 coils. I think I got lucky though, found a big wig walking around and asked him what to do. Still 1 hr to clear bay .
Worse place to deliver to I been here since 930am and it’s 130pm and no one still haven’t unloaded me employees have been bickering and arguing about who supposed to load it and still no one is working
I’ll never deliver here again advise anyone else to never come here
