We've used Pierce Tucker for our heating and cooling needs for a few years. Josh has been the absolute best! He's always here when we need him! We are so happy that we found this awesome company!

Doug came out to look at my sump pump. He was very kind and professional! He answered all of my questions. Will definitely make him our go to!

Great service! They put in a water softner in for us about a year and a half ago. I have called twice since then to have them come out for issues with it (or so I thought) lol both times were not actually issues at all, but operator errors lol.

We were dealing with an AC issue for almost a year. We had another company come in but issue was never resolved. The issue caused ceiling issues upstairs where the kids bedrooms are which was a concern for us for mold purposes. We called Pierce/Tucker they were there the same day and took their time to fix the issue. We are so glad we made that call. Most important their customer service is top notch!! He was here to fix the thermostat and ended figuring out what was going on with the no AC lifesaver!! I was about to spend a chunk of money for window units! I contacted them to get an estimate on a plumbing project and met with me within hour. I needed a whole vent system installed and work on each of my sinks. Doug Tucker was courteous in our all of interactions. He communicated clearly on what was code and how we could get the job done without going through the roof. My condensation line was messed up causing water to leak on floor and in my crawlspace bad !!! Had another company come first .They came three different times for this issue, but still not fixed !! And was told I still had to wait until Wednesday to get it fixed right. I talked to Josh 7:15 pm Friday evening. Josh and another employee came the next day , even thought it was Saturday and already had a full day they never told me I had to wait five more days while water keeps leaking on my floor !!! Joshua Pierce did a wonderful job at fixing my air conditioner. He came out to my home on a Saturday afternoon and fixed the problem within the hour. The prices were affordable and he was very responsive and came out to fix the problem quickly. I definitely recommend them. Best service I have gotten.

I was house sitting for family and their pets when the a/c froze up on the hottest day of the year. I called on a Sunday evening and Josh was able to come out the next day. I had furnace throwing off weird codes on the thermostat Sunday and furnace wouldn't shut off, Josh came this morning and had new thermostat installed and serviced the furnace in 45 minutes and running strong, thank you Josh for your expertise and look forward to calling you in the future, thanks very much.

Our furnace quit working and on a Sunday, I called Pierce and Tucker ( recommended by friends of ours),within an hour someone was here, and after checking everything out, he told me what the problems were, said parts could be ordered but he would let me know costs,with my husband being in the hospital with pneumonia again for the 2nd time in 3 weeks, I called my husband and he said yes, let her know prices and labor costs, the next day, he called and told me prices and labor costs, I told my husband and he said it has to be done, so tell him yes. Then the next day, I turned on electric fireplace to get it warm in living room and I lost power, in a few rooms, I called him the next morning saying we'd lost power so until I could get an electrician, had to hold off getting parts installed, he said I can still come by and check some things out, again he didn't have to do that, and after awhile he found burnt wires and cut what needed off, put everything back and we had power!! So he started installing parts on furnace and as he checked more things out because it still wasn't working, found more things wrong, told me and said that the company that installed the furnace, basically ripped us off. So again more parts ordered and he came and fixed it!! Our furnace is working great and I would highly recommend Pierce and Tucker!! He went above and beyond for us.. very nice guy, polite, knowledgeable and helpful..we thank him and his company very much!!...

Had Mr. Quik come out in an emergency, they sent three people out to try and get a trap cleared out and couldn’t do it. Douglas had it done in 15 minutes. Me. Quik also tried getting me to spend 6,000 dollars on a new water heater, Doug had it resolved for less than 300.

Fantastic group of people.
I cannot stress how much I appreciate Josh and Doug. We have had issues that other companies didnt fix and literally put band aids on. Cost after cost....Pierce Tucker came in fixed the problems correctly and saved us money. Reliability is key!
