We had roofing and siding work done. It took a little bit longer than we expected but everything came out great.

After a horrific hail and windstorm, Mayday restoration came by and did a an estimate with no pressure whatsoever. They worked with our insurance company and scheduled the roof remodel at a time convenient to us.
Michelle, the project manager, was so easy to work with, and it felt like she was part of the family. Miguel and his crew did a one day job that I found to be excellent. I am a retired contractor that used to build and remodel homes and I found these guys were as talented as any I’ve seen.

Mayday Restoration was great to work with! Christian worked with our insurance, doing all the “extras” required to get our entire roof and garage shingled rather than a patch jobs.to old 14 year old shingles. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle was also very knowledgeable with the entire process and answered our questions on shingling day and kept us informed on timelines for each step. She followed up with a phone call the next day and will be stopping back in a week or so, for final paperwork. She was very friendly and professional. The roofing crew was great. They worked VERY hard getting it done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and checked over before they left. Thank you Mayday!

This Company will go the extra mile for you and your Restoration needs. I worked with Michelle on our roof,gutters and fascia needs and can’t express the detail she brings to a customer. I would highly recommend the team at Mayday Restoration!

We have a detached garage and Mayday stated that they found damage to the siding during their inspection. They submitted an itel inquiry and told me the report could not find a match so I had to get the whole garage re-sided. They provided me a small list of color options, which I told their employee I didn't like any of. He said these were the only ones I could choose from and directed me toward one color which he thought was a good match. Given his expertise, I said OK.

After installation, the color was not even close to our house. I complained and referenced their sales person, and they told me he was no longer with the Company so they couldn't attest to anything that was said. Ultimately, they shared the itel report after I continued to bug them about it. The report listed the EXACT product match available 3 miles away at Menards, but given that there was some dirt and sun exposure, they told the insurance company there was no perfect match and NEVER consulted with me. I could have simply had the garage REPAIRED instead of replaced, and the single piece would have eventually faded to be the same color as the rest of the structure. Mayday clearly took it as an opportunity to maximize the insurance claim without ever consulting with me. After I complained again, the owner's mother yelled at me and threatened to take a lien out on our house.

As you can probably see based on other negative reviews of this business (and probably their response to this review), the owners are petty and immature. Our Insurance Agent elevated the issue to their legal department and was going to look into blacklisting their company altogether. Find a different company!

Their rough poor service caused moisture in my attic and now I am still dealing with it ( stained ceiling, mold,…) I am always referred to Tyler and they are doing nothing to help with the damage they are causing me. I paid you full expecting a good job but you came and destroy my HOME.
I will not recommend them at all!

I recently had my roof replaced and I could not be happier, super easy to work with. A hard working and fast team. It took 2 days to tear off and replace my roof not to mention the temp was well below negative I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend Mayday Restorations to any and all.

Mayday Restoration did an excellent job replacing my roof in June of 2024. I was pleased with the quality of work, communication, and how quickly their crew worked. They needed to come back and finish some pieces a month or two later so it took a while to wrap up. Overall I was very satisfied.

Everyone--Jeff, Michelle, and a few others--were easy to work with. They kept us posted on progress, answered questions, and were responsive if I needed something. Stuff with our insurance company changed partway through the process but Mayday helped sort it out.

Had a great experience with Jonathan who delivered everything as promised. Jonathan was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process, and especially helpful in coordinating with my insurance company. We are very happy with our new roof and siding, and just as satisfied with the process it requires.

This company has been harassing us. We spoke with them a year ago about a claim we had made and our insurance denied the claim. We chose to not continue the claim and repair the roof cap on our own. We continue to get multiple texts and calls from them almost weekly asking for more information on the claim and now it appears they've filed a new claim on our behalf and are trying to get more information from us. Leave us alone and don't fall for this scam of a company when they knock on your door.

We had some pretty significant hail damage and moisture intrusion and Mayday was fantastic to work with to get it done - they helped with insurance, had workers out when they said they would, and the roof looks great. Also, when we had a leak in our garage over the weekend, the MayDay rep we worked with (DJ) drove across town late evening to help put up a tarp and some barrier to prevent it from getting worse. Would definitely recommend.

Professional, timely, organized. This company came into a disaster that was left by a previous contractor and fixed everything they found. I highly recommend them. They also worked around my business as a show horse facility.

Breanna and crew did a great job on my roof and got it done under the gun before the snow fell. They were very helpful and patient in the insurance portion of the claim process as well. Easy recommendation.

We had hail damage. Jeff Swenson responded, quickly, whenever I had a question,and made the whole experience, go smoothly. It's been 5 months and we are happy with our roof.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. In early June '24 they replaced my house and garage roof. They did not install the drip-edge on either one until two days after the roofs were done. They damaged the "ice stop" material on the edges of the roof leaving the shingles improperly installed. The roof crew left lots of foot marks on the new shingles.They also installed a ridge vent and two turbine vents on the top of my house. This goes against GAF Master Elite install procedures as well City codes when you have soffet venting like my house has. They did not istall any metal flashing where my roof changes pitch. Also against code. I had to deal with 4 different project managers over the entire job.
After 1.5 monthes and a complaint trhough GAF, the owner contacted me and offered to replace the entire roof from scratch and assigned Michelle as the 4th PM. She was on sight during the entire job to make sure it was done correctly. The second roof looks great. The next thing was delays in getting the rain gutters and down spouts replaced. I was told it would be a week after the 2nd roof was finished. After a mistake in their supplimental claim to my insurance co. It took a month for their gutter guy to do the job. It was just OK.

Horrible experience. We were assigned 4 different contractors bc they kept leaving the company. No one would notify us. We would call and email. Finally a new guy would text us. Then he’d disappear and a month would go by with no response. we’d realize he was gone and we’d have to call the company again. This happened 4 times over the course of a year.

Flashing was not done properly. Roof is already leaking. Crew that did roof was young and seemed inexperienced. One of the roofers fell off our roof and had to be taken away in an ambulance.

Estimates for painting work due to hail damage kept going up without explanation and had no line items. We received no reply from our contact at the company for months. Quote literally said “painting exterior 9k” then he sent another with no context or any other communication that said “painting exterior 17k”. when we declined the painting work after months of no contact from them, they tried to charge us thousands out of pocket as a penalty.

I didn’t write this review for over a year honestly for fear of retaliation and bc it was such a stressful experience. Every time we brought an issue to the company they blamed someone else or had an excuse.

We went with mayday bc the owners dad was a neighbor. Now it’s coming out that so many in our neighborhood did the same and had horrible experiences. The dad has now moved thankfully because his yard was covered with mayday signs and it was a reminder of this awful experience that lasted almost my entire pregnancy.

Bree was amazing to work with. Walked through every step about the process and the company did a great job. I would definitely work with her again if we get another hail storm. She has a lot of knowledge about the insurance process. Great to work woth her.

We worked with Bree who was able to assess damage to both garage and house roof due to hail and both were able to be replaced. She was diligent, persistent, and friendly. She demonstrated excellent communication skills, explained the process and answered any questions we had, very good with details, responsive in a timely manner to text and phone calls. We definitely have had an incredibly positive experience with MayDay because of Bree.

We couldn't be more impressed with this company and their staff and workers to achieve an outstanding out come to the hail damage our roof sustained. Brianna and Michelle were closely in touch often, that resulted in excellent communication, to achieve such success. The workers were incredibly respectful of our property and wishes and hit the job hard to finish in one day. We highly recommend this company, with every aspect of their service, exceeding our highest expectations.

Bre was great to work with! We had been battling with our insurance company for nearly a year and had a number of contractors who assured me they could get our claim approved. They all failed until Bre gave it a go. We didn’t have to do anything. She took care of all of it for us and we had a new roof within two months. High recommend!

When they knocked on my door I didn’t expect them to find damage but when they showed me the pictures I was on the phone with my insurance the next day.

They handled everything smoothly, from the initial inspection and through out the entire process, Mayday held my hand and did an excellent job. The roof looks fantastic!
