Basically the unicorn of roofing companies. Highly professional, prompt, courteous, great to work with, and outstanding customer service that is second to none. However, unlike unicorns, Max Roofing actually exists. They may not leave a trail of rainbow glitter everywhere they go, but instead happy, very satisfied customers. We had them replace our roof almost four years ago. They made the entire process stress free and went above and beyond what was required to make sure we were happy with our experience. Well, we were happy enough back then that I immediately referred my mother to them because she was also in need of a new roof, but had been having a difficult time trying to get her insurance company to cover the entire claim. They went back and forth with insurance several times until they had not only gotten the entire roof paid for but they were also able to get some things approved that she wasn't aware of needing replaced. Today, we called Maxx Roofing to see about getting a couple loose shingles fixed. Even though we were nearly a year past the 3-year warranty on workmanship, they came out the same day and fixed the shingles for no charge. Highly recommend!

Mid June, we all experienced devastating storms that caused damage and loss of electricity. Afterwards, June 21st my 86 year Father experienced a fall that required an ER visit and hospital stay. In efforts to regain his mobility, he was admitted to short-term nursing for rehabilitation. Our roof needed a complete replacement. After deliberation, we chose Mr. Shelton. He is super professional, kind, communicative, man of his word, down to Earth, respectful, kind and a God-fearing man. He came to my Father's Nursing Home and explained his business. My Father was in agreement with going with his company. He prayed over my Father. That meant the world to me! The process of getting the job done was amazing. Mr. Shelton went over and beyond. He noticed something in our backyard needed a fix. He just handled it to help me in this most stressful time. Praise God, my Father is back home. The roof is simply amazing. Had a dryer vent completely clogged up from previous roofers. Max roofing came out same day and diagnosed issues. Cleaned it out where I could use my dryer. Then they were out the very next day with a brand new vent…installed and works perfectly. These guys know their stuff!!!

I chose this company based on the positive reviews, but I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I wish I could post the screenshots from conversations I had with the company in which they sent me the wrong bill multiple times and requested payment even after showing them they had already cashed a previous payment. Their response was, “ok I must be thinking of another customer. I bet you’re like wth.”

Overall the roof turned out well, but the payment process was extremely unprofessional. They requested for me to post good reviews on three different sites, but in good conscious I’m unable to do so. If I had the opportunity to do our roofing process over I most definitely would.

They were great. After hail and wind damage, I needed a new roof after 12 years. They were the only ones willing to work with me, and were very helpful. They took the time to explain everything, and worked with my insurance company. The crew did a great job on the roof, and the cleanup!

I was a Lowes loading 280 feet of lumber Jared saw that I really needed a tie-down to hold the lumber. He could tell the cord I was using was not going to hold. He jumped into action not only provide a strong tie-down strap but help load the lumber. I always tell my children "life is 90% attitude". Jared represents a great attitude that you don't see much any more. He is someone I would do business with.

Had a roof leak and asked them to come inspect roof and give me an idea of the issue and cost to repair. I had found the leak same day I called and repaired the leak. They still came out and checked whole roof and leak repair. They added some better sealant to the repair and did not charge me. This kind of customer service is practically unheard of now days. I’ll be using them when I need a roof repair or replacement in the future.

This company is on top of things!! If you need your roof repaired or replaced either do to age, leaks or even storm damage, these are the guys to call!!

Our roof was replaced 4 years ago by Maxx roofing. During the last rain I noticed a leak coming out of the roof on our front porch. Thinking there was a problem with the roof, I contacted Maxx roofing. Jared came out and did an inspection. He noted the caulking on the dormer window above the porch was cracking and was probably the cause of the leak. Jared also proceeded to do a maintenance check on the rest of the roof while he was here and fixed some other minor issues. I was happy to learn it wasn't a roof problem.

Maxx Roofing did an awesome job replacing my entire roof. They are easy to work with and unbelievable helpful throughout the process, including insurance claims and walking through the scope of work.

Placed a new roof on my house in 2018 after my old one started to leak. The process was smooth from start to finish. Did have an issue with billing at the end but was quickly resolved. Would recommend them to others or use them in the future if any other roof issues come up.

I had the pleasure of meeting with these guys and definitely like how they conduct business. I’ve got a warehouse that was in need of renovation and not only are they on top of it but the owner also went as far as buying locks for my trailer. They definitely showed me they care.

I woke up this Saturday morning to water dripping from my ceiling. Within 30 minutes of calling, Drew was at my house. He inspected it and told me he’d be back in 15 minutes. Almost exactly 15 minutes later he came back with Jared. The repaired the spot that was damaged and the inspected the rest of my roof. Both guys were very friendly and informative. I contacted Maxx Roofing because I had a leak around our chimney. They responded quickly (thankfully since we had rain coming again the next day), identified the leak and did a great job patching up where another roofer had improperly installed the flashing. Called to inquire about getting a roof inspection for possible repairs being needed after a series of wind and hail storms. Jared Shelton came out that day and looked at my roof. He made a few shingle repairs with some material he had in his truck and unblocked the dryer vent on the roof (which my wife and I were not aware was blocked up) without prompting. Jared advised us and educated us about roof repairs and about how the process of filing a claim for roof repairs worked. No charge! Very knowledgable and would highly recomend for all!

1 year ago I was horrified to discover a leaky roof. Water stains in the ceiling are not something that a relatively new home owner wants to find. Not knowing anything about roofing or leak repairs I turned to the guys at Maxx Roofing. Jared and his team were just awesome to work with. They fixed the leak immediately, without charge, so I could rest easy knowing that no further water damage would violate my home. The team then worked directly with my insurance company, met with the adjuster, and walked me through the claim filing process. They made it a completely painless experience. Now it is 11 months after they finished and I still have an amazing roof that looks fantastic and hasn’t had a single leak or problem. I have recommended Maxx Roofing to anyone who has mentioned any kind of roofing need, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs help. Even almost a year later I am extremely grateful. I failed to write a review here last year, so I decided to do it now that I am going to be painting the exterior of my home to match my beautiful roof.

I purchased my home less than 2 years ago and was told by the sellers that they had the roof inspected by a roofer and that the roof was in good condition. Dummy me believed them. (Life lesson...don't believe them, get your OWN opinion!!) Well after a hard rain, hail and high winds, I noticed shingles in the yard and damage to my roof. (Most of the damage had been there a while.) Not knowing who to call, I asked my son. He recommended Maxx Roofing, who replaced his roof recently. Best call I ever made! Jared and Josh from Maxx Roofing were out the next day checking out my roof. They made an appointment with me to tell me and show me what they found. The same day, they contacted my insurance company with me and handled everything for me. My roof is beautiful, and has great ventilation and they cleaned up better than I expected. My father passed away in 2015. The day after this occurred it was raining heavily and my roof began leaking badly. I called Maxx roofing, they came out immediately and repaired my roof. They overheard me trying to plan my fathers funeral and stated they wanted to do the work free of charge. A company that puts people first. I’ve had zero problems since.

BEWARE...I had roof damage and Maxx Roofing was the company I called based on their several good reviews. I want it to be known that this company is not trustworthy or dependable. We ended up getting another company to finish the work and I am so thankful we switched. It is beyond me how this company has received so many raving reviews based on my experience with them.

After severe weather damaged our house and yard, and a less than favorable experience with our insurance adjuster, Matt met with us and guided us through the process with results that made us happy with our new roof, but also with his company and insurance. Thanks Matt!

After having damage to our roof from storms and rains we had a severe leak that damaged our ceiling. Calling around to get no less than 5 quotes we found that Maxx roofing was the only one that hopped into action to protect our belongings. Some didnt even call back till days later or worst yet scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Matt youngwirth and maxx roofing were out to our houses within an hour of calling them. They showed up with 2 guys and walked the roof with me explaining our damage, they were very professional friendly and honest. Even after telling them that we would still be getting other opinions and quotes and no guarntee of getting the job they even put temporary patched over our damage to make sure we wouldn't leak for the coming rain. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Matt youngwirth handled our claim from a to z. Meeting with the claims adjuster to make sure we got a everything we needed. To walking the roofing with me at the end to inspect it. These guys do great work and leave the jobsite super clean afterwards. I have dealt with multiple roofing companies and always had problems. Maxx roofing knocked it out of the park for us and would recommend them to anyone and will defintely be the only call i make in the furture for my roofing needs.

My insurance was only wanting to pay for a partial replacement. Two other roofing companies quoted full roof replacements but did not get my insurance company to change despite there being wind & hail damage to the entire roof. Matt worked to get me a fair claim. They just completed the job quickly at a reasonable price and it looks great.
