I was having a leak come in around a window, i called A1A the receptionist told me someone came out walked the roof, said it wasn't tje roof. We took care of the window. Checked foundation added better drainage. We still had a terrible leak. I called again i told her its coming in around the chimney and that we want to be home when someone comes. Its been almost 2 months now. The reason i know where the leakis coming from is because my husband n me took the soffit down and you can see where the water has been running for a long time. We would have puddles of water on the living room floor from it running down inside the walls.
My husband did his best to seal around the chimney and it seems to have helped. It would be nice if people stood behind their work, that is the proper thing to do!

Being a homeowner can be challenging and roofing issues is a major concern. I had an obnoxious leak that was ruining our dinning room walls. I thought it was a faulty gutter job but it was actually the roof. Made one call to A1A, set an appointment with customer service and within 48 hours a crew was at my house. The lead guy, Jimmy Gelow inspected the issue and found a solution that was within my budget and his direct approach made me comfortable, not like some companies that try and haggle to make the project larger than it is. The work is complete, my wife is satisfied and I am glad I have a local company in Port Orange that I can trust in to get the job done!!! We’re ready for the stormy season ahead.

Waited 6 weeks for them to come fix a leak. Each week I kept getting the runaround and the same broken promise that they would come by within the next week to repair the leak. What a total waste of my time! At the end of 6 weeks I finally have given up and now calling other roofers to come make this repair. This company is completely unorganized and has no care for smaller jobs. Was told by the secretary that they forgot about me because the owner did not write down my information the first time he came out to give an estimate. I strongly recommend not using A1 Roofing because of their lack of organization and zero customer service ability. They are terrible!

I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Mr. Gelow is so professional and will only do what’s right! He won’t suggest a bunch of unnecessary things that you don’t need. He also has a very reasonable price for us and others I have told about his company. No one I know has had less than great things to say!

This is the company you want to do your roof. The owner, office help and the workers are very courteous and respectful! They were here when they said they would be and got the roof done in a day and came back the next day for a couple of hours to finish. We are very pleased with our new roof. We highly recommend them! Jimmy Gelow was professional in all aspects of providing our new roof. His estimate was spot on and he has a vast knowledge of the latest roofing materials provided to the industry. He and his crew were professional and courteous as well as timely in completing the job. I believe A1A Roofing is the best in the area and I would not want anyone else working on my roof. Jimmy and his crew are professional, honest, and hard working. He explained everything in great detail that needed to be done and didn’t sugar coat anything. If you want someone is honest and trustworthy, than this is your guy!
