There was one example on our job that highlights their integrity and professionalism. We had an old skylight replaced, and the first new one had a small crack in a corner of the window under the rubber gasket seal. I would have never seen it and it may never have leaked. But the roofing foreman saw it, showed it to me, took it back to the supplier and replaced it. That speaks volumes to me about who this team is.

Maverick's pricing is also very competitive. I received two other bids and Maverick was the best price. But as I have said, the quality and the entire customer experience was outstanding. Michael and Bob were wonderful to work with and I would hire Maverick again and have recommended them to a couple friends and neighbors.

I needed new gutters for my house in Prairie Village and found these guys online after searching for “Kansas City gutter installation.” What a great find! They installed beautiful new 5-inch seamless gutters and added gutter screens to keep the leaves out.
The crew was super professional and did excellent work. While they were up there, they also cleaned off my roof which was a nice touch I wasn’t expecting. It’s always good to know your gutters and roofing are in good hands with the same company.

Maverick Exteriors installed a new roof for us. They converted our roof from cedar shakes to double-layer two-tone asphalt shingles. We were very pleased with the look and the job. A couple months after our installation birds found their way to an uncapped end of molding and facia. One of Maverick's foremen came by within a couple of days, and closed off the birds access. Unfortunately, while out of town this past winter we had a terrible leak....presumably the result of extreme weather and an ice dam. Again, Jose from Maverick came out and installed additional drip edge and caulking, and tightened the gutter to the facia. Hopefully, recurrence will be averted. Occurring outside our 5-yr Workmanship Warranty, the repair cost $500. All and all we are pleased with Maverick's responsiveness, and would recommend them for similar jobs.

Only had the old shingles on for about 15 years. Had raccoons chewing into my attic and several water leaks. Maverick replaced the roofing and also put metal flashing where the raccoons were chewing their way in. Been ten years and it’s been great.

Our roof was absolutely destroyed here in Brookside! There was a huge leak in our living room and I was panicking. I searched online for “Kansas City roofing contractors” and these guys came out right away.

They explained that we needed a whole new roof because of all the hail damage. They put on some kind of really strong shingles that are supposed to be storm resistant - I think they said Class 4 or something like that. The important thing is no more leaks!

I couldn’t believe they got the whole roof done in one day. The crew was super nice and kept explaining what they were doing. They even dealt with our insurance company for us which was a huge relief.

I signed with Maverick after receiving a quote that was more than fair. I tried to get a quote from Bordner Roofing but was met with resistance as to how I needed to be present for their inspection. I am an out is state landlord but thankfully Maverick provided a solution.

Bob came out to diagnose a leak and said we had with our windows/roof flashing. He diagnosed our issue and gave us some solutions we could try before paying anyone to come out and address it. No charge. 10/10 would recommend for repairs. We will use him going forward!
