I needed a damaged gable vent replaced. Mattucci is the only company in the area that even returned my call. It seems no one else was interested in doing the job. Mattucci worked with me on the price and came to my home quickly. The vents in my home are old and the size is no longer available. The guys from Mattucci were able to come up with a good solution that works AND looks good.

One of the few great experiences I've had working with contractors in the Valley. I purchased a house which had a new roof when I bought it, yet it had a leak. I had the original installer come to find the leak, but they decided they needed to do a leak test (spray water on the roof). That reputable contractor never came back even after me repeatedly calling them. I called Mattucci by recommendation from my neighbor. Mark came and quickly discovered a valley that was installed backwards. He had a quote printed out in less than 20 minutes after he arrived. Additionally, he quoted me to replace three flue caps and seal the brick work on my chimney. The work the men did is outstanding. Mark didn’t ask for payment until he had personally looked at the results.

This local, multi-generational, family roofing business is fantastic! I trusted them to put a new roof on a 184 year-old home on the national historic register. Their workmanship was outstanding! They are true to their word on scheduling and craftsmanship.

I have called on Mattucci Roofing for many projects. Always a good price and professional work. They did a large project at Laughlin Chapel--you can see it on some of their tv ads!

As many other reviews state, they are completely unresponsive. I called and left a detailed message about a quote I was looking for on some work. They never responded in any way, not even to say "we're very busy and will get back to you". They just completely ignored me. This is no way to run a business.

I have used this company twice for commercial EPDM roofing and they did an excellent job. They were professional, on time and efficient. I highly recommend them for any roofing project.

I had placed a call to them in regards to a leak coming through a couple shingles down my front window. A date was given to me for an inspection and they were a no show. I got a phone call 2 days later saying that things had came up and that his dad was out of town for an anniversary. I was told they had me down for Monday or Tuesday that following week. It’s Wednesday as I type this.. Once again, they did not show up. I didn’t even receive a phone call back. Absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They were polite, on time, did an excellent job and left my yard spotless. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter work! They were also polite and respectful! Thanks again guys!

AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE

I scheduled an appointment with them for a roof repair estimate. After I rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs, they failed to show for the appointment. They failed to call before the no show. And they failed to call even after my follow up phone call. After THEY scheduled my appointment, they were totally non responsive.
