I can't state how pleased we are with our new Emmanuel Life Center that you constructed. The building provides Emmanuel Church with room to grow. The gym is fabulous. We have been able to start a pickleball ministry and expanded our college and career ministry as a result of having the gym. The rooms are used virtually seven days a week. Your oversight of the construction resulted in a well-built, attractive building. During construction, we incorporated several critical upgrades (e.g., paving and marking the entire parking lot and installing concrete curbs instead of just repaving the disrupted areas, better gym floor, upgraded carpeting), totaling a significant sum. Despite this, the project came in at the contracted cost. This was possible due to your careful oversight and negotiating with contractors for the best price. You provided insightful recommendations throughout the process. In addition, it was very evident to our team overseeing the construction that your heart was in the project. It was not just a contract to you, it's a calling. Thank you for being there to build our Emmanuel Life Center.

Matt and Lisa: we thank you for an excellent job on the recent significant modification to our house. The work entailed removing a screened in porch and deck, converting that area to a new enclosed room, enclosing the space below to become a basement/shed, removal of old concrete and installation of a new patio, and installing a screened‑in porch across the remaining portion of the back of the house. The work was of very high quality, workers cleaned up after themselves every day, you had one of your full‑time employees here to oversee the work whenever a subcontractor was working on our house, and the price was very reasonable. In addition, you provided some very good suggestions I had not thought of that enhanced the final use of the rooms (e.g., blending flooring details between the existing rooms to the new room, sidewalk across the back of the house to link the patio with a sidewalk on the other side, a ceiling in the basement/shed area along with brilliant lighting, painting the foundation to blend in with the siding). Finally, you obtained excellent terms with subcontractors that allowed us to reside the entire house and to install a concrete driveway. We would not hesitate to use you again.
