Mattcon Contracting LLC

Mattcon replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. They saved me a huge amount of money over a contractor that I was planning on using, and I am so glad I went with them.

They did the gutters on my home in 2020. I just purchased this home and called them because owners left receipt and it’s clearly under warranty. There’s a small leak in a Seam over my front porch. Would probably take 10 minutes to fix but they won’t bother returning my calls or sending someone to fix. I would never hire this company for any work I need done to this house!!

Mattcon Contracting LLC with this Union, NJ address did a poor job installing the roof resulting in leaks and Victor would not return my calls for a week now. We hired Mattcon Contracting LLC installed a new roof back in July 23, 2018, and the 4 year old roof is already leaking in 3 different spots on Veterans Day, not exactly a great way to spend my Veterans Day. The worst leak came through the recess light in the living room ceiling where my 3 young children were watching tv. One of them almost stepped on the growing puddle and she could have been electrocuted if I didn't see the leak sooner and took care of it. I went up the attic to investigate and discovered the other two leaks. I did what i could to stop the leaks from accumulating in the ceiling in the attic and I have to get them fix because more rain in the forecast that night. I called Victor on the 908 number and left a message the following morning and called the 877 number later that day and Victor actually pick up. I told Victor about the issues of the roof and asked Victor if he can contact me that Monday morning to arrange the visit. Monday came and was never contacted and I left two voicemails. I have been trying to get a hold of Victor ever since and never got any of my calls returned. Never hire Victor's Mattcon Contracting LLC because he is going to do a sloppy job and will never return your call if there are any issues with the job. Not trustworthy and does sloppy work.
