The Mathis guard gutters were installed in 2 1/2 days and everything that was torn down at first, was cleaned up before I got home each day from work. I was highly impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. I highly recommend!

Great folks, they put a new roof on our house over a year ago, along with soffit and gutter repair and gutter guards. They hand nailed our shingles, which was a big plus for me. They were prompt, efficient and respectful to property. The job supervisor was great, making sure all my concerns were met and I was 100% satisfied before they rolled up. I would definitely use them again for any further projects.

Mathis installed my roof 3 years ago… they did a great job and this year I called them back for new shutters and gutters. The company completed everything in a timely and professional manner…I will continue to use Mathis in the future..

I had a 30 year old roof that didn't leak. Within 3 years of installation, my new roof started leaking. Water leaked through my bathroom ceiling. They "fixed" the leak but I had to fix my ceiling. Within a couple more years, I had another leak in my living room. They re-flashed around my chimney and replaced a few shingles. I told them I had extra shingles from the job but they said they would provide more - they didn't match. The leak didn't stop but the return phone calls did. I maintain my roof every few months by keeping the leaves and sticks off, the gutters cleaned out and I check the caulk for cracks around the boots and fix as needed. I'm now at year 14 and my bathroom ceiling caved in. I just got that fixed and now I have another leak in the other bathroom. The quality of the installation will show up eventually.

Everyone at Mathis did a fantastic job in helping us with a covered concrete wheelchair ramp - from Lisa with her timely communication, to John with an excellent design, to Tommy as he coordinated the work. I would highly recommend Mathis for your home improvement needs!

We LOVE our new front porch with ramp. We are super excited to get outside more and to have the access that we need to help our special needs child to get in and out of the house. The team did a great job of adding a much needed home improvement to our house. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, hard working, and the kept the job site clean and all debris picked up and disposed of. They worked quickly and efficiently. They made it so that our front door access was only down for a couple of days. They planned around weather and they made sure that from start to finish the family was able to access and be apart of the process. They asked questions and gave information and details to make sure that what we wanted was what we got. They made sure to match the vinyl siding, gutters, shingles, and other trim to our house so that the porch looks seamless to the existing house. I would highly recommend them for your next project on your home.

Requested an estimate back in February. They came to my house on February the 12th to look everything over. It's now March 14th and I've never heard a word back from them. Update as of 3/15/24, director of operations called and apologized for the issue. Assured me that someone different would be calling me. And that the issue with the last person who came was handled.

Mathis replaced the deck support posts. A small project for a home repair company and Mathis told me that all project, small and large, are important to them. Mathis was knowledgeable, reasonably priced (competitive) and completed the project when promised. During the project, Mathis discovered a flaw in the deck design and repaired at no additional cost. Recommend for all home repair projects.

I was referred to Mathis for work related to my deck & gutters. Gentleman (Jamie) came for an estimate. Extremely professional, appeared knowledgeable & honest informing us we can get the work done by a handyman for less money. He said he'll inquire when he returns to the office & get back to me. He gave me his card & said " If I don't get back to you later today (Friday) or Monday & then call me. We'll I didn't get a call, I called him twice, once spoke to a woman who referred me to his cell so left a message on the cell & heard nothing back. All he had to do was call, say he couldn't find anyone & it would have been a good experience at least. Now I don't know if I can believe everything else he told us. Back to square one. Good companies follow through on what they say & I know I can cross Mathis off my list for any future work needed. Very disappointed & will be more than happy to let people know of my experience. They only want jobs that cost over $500.00 as per Jamie.

They installed new gutters and gutter guards on our house. They arrived on time and did quality work. They go the extra length to make sure everything is installed to your satisfaction.

Mathis did two different jobs for me, installing gutters and installing a new roof. Both were well done and the people I worked with were professional. They did have to come back to fix some cables left hanging, but they resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again.

I'm very satisfied with everything about my new Gutters from Mathis Home Improvement. We went with the Gotcha Covered gutter system for our second story, but held off on our first floor garage and sunroom. The salesperson was very helpful with splitting the quote and wasn't pushy on any decision. The installers did a great job. Using any home improvement services is difficult for me since in the past I've done all my own home repairs. But, at my age I don't need to be 15 feet in the air on a ladder. Even the office scheduler was very friendly and helpful.

Mathis was great from start to finish. They scheduled the estimate and the work shortly after I called, provided advice, delivered as promised, did excellent work, were respectful, responsive and friendly and cleaned up when they finished

I had a great experience using Mathis Home Improvements. The house needed a new roof, new gutters, and some side siding replaced. The different teams showed up bright and early on the anticipated start date and worked thoroughly until the project was finished a few weeks later. The work itself appears to be high quality, and the workers were professional. I'd have no issues recommending Mathis to work on your house.

We received a quote from Mathis and i texted and asked the person who gave our estimates to make modifications. He never replied and didn’t bother to make any of the changes we requested. Out of 4 estimates they were by far the highest by $12,000 more!!! They came recommended so we wanted to try to use them but it’s apparent they don’t want our business. They definitely need to work on their communication.

We have hired Mathis Home Improvements for many updates to our house and rental house before, however we just had them remodel our front porch and couldn’t be happier. Upon initial consultation, John recommended a particular railing that I would have never thought about and when finished, really made our house stand out! They were efficient, kind and have quality products! Simply the best guys to hire!!

The personnel were professional yet friendly. The installers did a fantastic job with the installation of gutters and shutters on our home. They aim to please and want the customer to be satisfied.
