The Valley is full of contractors here to monopolize, capitalize and make a fortune off building house very quickly, with NO accountability! The houses are a joke, if you rip up a floor, or peel open a wall you will see really what you are paying for here. There are virtually no codes, no real permitting processes and the worst part of it is, there are earthquakes here and the worst you can imagine YET NO EARTHQUAKE CODES!!! Everyone is $$$ in everyone's pocket, including the Burroughs very sad!!
