PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY: We hired them to do a chimney repair job in fall of 2024. The work done was a disaster. The company representative agreed and stated that he fired that crew and would have another crew come and fix the job after several delays. We settled on January 9 to do the work and if they couldn’t return, they would issue a full refund January 9 came and they couldn’t come so they agreed we would have a refund check in 10 to 14 days . On day 14 they said they sent the check to the wrong address and would stop payment and reissue. Suffice it to say we have never received a check and they have stopped communicating via email or text. We filed with small claims but the paperwork from the New Britain court was returned to the court undeliverable. The address listed on their website is fraudulent. We contacted the secretary of state Because the website also says that they are licensed and insured. The Secretary of State has no evidence Of any license for this company. We’ve contacted consumer protection And they also have no license information for this company. Their website Is full of misrepresentations regarding their address and their state license. Save yourself from a similar experience.

They came to my house and just started tearing down my chimney so I had no choice but to use them! Since my chimney was half down!!!! They refused to take a cashiers check also! This was basically a job forced for me to do with them! They aren’t registered with the BBB. The work looks good. But, I had literally no choice but to have them do the work!! No receipt. No invoice. No nothing.
